Tuesday,they were busy and seemed to be just a little understaffed-my Rubin was a little on the dry side but did present well,pulled pork sandwich was very good-the concept of asking for crispy or well done fries just isn't clear here or any other food shop-ALWAYS limp and under cooked fries!guys when a customer asks for crispy or well done or even burnt(that's me) give them what they ask for-sending them back is not an option-do it right the 1st TIME-all will be great,i promise.keep up the good WORK-get another place and or a 2nd place going soon too- 2 jerks 2 comes to mind........

I tried the French Dip Brisket sandwich, pumpkin ale on draft and pork wontons...very yummy. Wonderful service...music was a little loud...but fun atmosphere.

This restraint is the best BBQ I have ever had I have been to franklins BBQ in Texas this is almost if not as good as that highly recommended all of the people who say it’s bad or slow service are lieing they had never had barbecue in there life and then come here and criticize the cooks and the staff

We love the food but almost every time we order items are missing and we have to go back out to pick them up. Seems a simple solution and we're considering changing. Customer service is paramount. Also...when did you decide to add poppy seeds to the devilled eggs ? Poppy seeds are not friendly with ppl who have to random test. Completely redic but you didn't have these last time we ordered. Good food but owners need to reinvest!

The service over the phone is absolutely disgraceful. I placed an order via the website/ritual platform and received a message stating my order could not be processed. I immediately called the restaurant, as my bank account was debited and got a co-owner on the line who seemed very annoyed with the fact that I was reaching out about the order. He insisted that he had no order and that they did not get paid for the food. The worse part is that he had no idea what Ritual was. I explained it was the ordering platform listed under their online ordering system via google. As a business owner you should know what ordering platforms you are using. He had no way of helping me resolve my issue and pretty much told me to figure it out on my end. Unfortunately, because of this I will not be ordering again from here, or recommending that anyone I know order from here. I refuse to support any business that has poor customer service. Even if he didn't know what was going on he could have shown more empathy and at least attempted to help. He was very dry and defensive. Don't claim to be a co-owner of a restaurant if you are unaware of your ordering platforms.

Great BBQ, and actual fall-apart smoked meats. From the cornbread to the specials and regular menu items, I've never had a bad meal here. Their smoker was out on our last visit but there were still plenty of delicious options. Highly recommend!

This place was on the top of my list for BBQ but tonight I took my family they only have chicken, pull pork and sausage. We order the fried chicken it was raw and tasteless, the cole slaw taste bad didn’t have flavor i voice the issue with them still get charge for it and the pull pork to greasy. Unfortunately I won’t be going back.

I recently visited 2 Jerks BBQ & Market, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered the brisket and ribs, both of which were dry and completely lacked flavor. The poor quality of the food was only the beginning of the issues.
The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment we walked in. When I politely raised concerns about the food, instead of addressing the issue professionally, they sent out cooks who became hostile and rude because I didn't like the food. This confrontation happened in front of other customers, making the environment very uncomfortable and embarrassing.
To make matters worse, my mom was also treated poorly by the staff. We both left the restaurant feeling hungry and upset. The overall experience was highly unpleasant, and I would strongly advise against dining at 2 Jerks BBQ & Market. There are plenty of other BBQ places where you can enjoy good food and be treated with respect. Avoid this place at all costs.
