We were 3 of 8 people in the restaurant. Took 15 minutes after ordering to get our drinks. Burger was terrible. Fries were way too salty. No waitress came around to check on us until we were almost done. Ordered another drink, which took another 15 minutes to get. I normally don't complain, but I see why there were so few people at this place.

I have always been an Applebee's person, so moving to this area and finding one close has been a treat. The food is good (I keep ordering), and the customer service is always pleasant. I have to say the strawberry mango smoothies are addictive. Wish I could say the same about the desserts, though. The Cinnamon Rolls were disappointing; the Apple Pie was more apple mush than an actual pie slice, and the blondie was not up to the Applebee's usual standard. Somebody please resurrect the desserts. My thoughts.

We visited at 4pm 12/31 for New Year eve dinner but we waited in the main reception no staff and waited for 10 mins. The staff notice us but never entertain us. Too many tables open and vacant though.. So we just left. Why open a restaurant with low staff and they pretend they don't see us.

My family went there last night for dinner . We got the $1 zombie drinks , they were yummy. Food and service was good

I had a slight problem with the pick 6 promotion. I sat at the bar and was greeted by the bar attendant she was cool at first until I asked for the pick 6 Monday promo. The waitress said I could get the deal but only with a purchase of $10 worth of food. I asked for a manager because the flyer said $10 with any purchase. The nice manager agreed with me and showed the waitress that it’s free boneless wings with any $10 purchase.
The waitress seemed upset as she did not ask me if I wanted another drink, and me and didn’t check on me throughout my time there. I had to ask for my check and when I got it the boneless wings amount was on the check. I politely asked for the manager and she took the check and took the wings off. It was my birthday so a friend gave me a gift card so I used it and my bill was less than $5. Despite receiving poor customer service I still left a tip.

My husband and I love to go into applebees to enjoy a mixed drink and good food. While the food was really good, the drinks were not. I ordered a Blue Lagoon which I order regularly and I swear the bartender put little to no alcohol in the drink. I ordered another one thinking maybe it's just me. My husband tasted it and he said he only tasted juice too. It could also be the 1/2 pound of ice they put in the glass too. I removed the ice and the glass wasn't even half full! The bartender tonight was HORRIBLE! Do not ever go in to this Applebees on Sunday night if you want to enjoy a good drink.
