I ordered curbside service for my birthyday. I was alone with no plans. And the food was amazing! I know some Applebee's locations have declined in their food, cleanliness, but this one stays hitting the ball put of the park! I ordered the 2 for $25 ( for yoday and tomorrow). I customized both orders and they didn't miss a single customization. The food was hot, the portion size plenty. They even included a thank you note with my meal.

I consider my family as usuals here to to eat I sent my order back because I ordered my grilled chicken well done on my cajun chicken pasta which they always do no more than minute later manager DEAN brings my plate back and says this is how it comes (very agitated) I said I asked for it grilled well done he responds in a bold manner do you want me to burn it foy you? I said are you serious he looked @ me n my family like it was my fault I returned plate and wanted nothing in return- people round our table were in disbelief,our waitress awesome as usual- then the GM came ova apologizing for his actions kudos to him also Mean DEAN needs people skills I will be taking my family to Pub 99 -or Applebee's food not as good but fel welcomed.

We were 3 of 8 people in the restaurant. Took 15 minutes after ordering to get our drinks. Burger was terrible. Fries were way too salty. No waitress came around to check on us until we were almost done. Ordered another drink, which took another 15 minutes to get. I normally don't complain, but I see why there were so few people at this place.
I have always been an Applebee's person, so moving to this area and finding one close has been a treat. The food is good (I keep ordering), and the customer service is always pleasant. I have to say the strawberry mango smoothies are addictive. Wish I could say the same about the desserts, though. The Cinnamon Rolls were disappointing; the Apple Pie was more apple mush than an actual pie slice, and the blondie was not up to the Applebee's usual standard. Somebody please resurrect the desserts. My thoughts.

We visited at 4pm 12/31 for New Year eve dinner but we waited in the main reception no staff and waited for 10 mins. The staff notice us but never entertain us. Too many tables open and vacant though.. So we just left. Why open a restaurant with low staff and they pretend they don't see us.
