So here's the deal . I've been sitting here waiting to even mention to the bartender that we need the bill for 15 min . This place is so run down it makes McDonald's look good . Service is a 0 food is a 0 and atmosphere is a 0 . The fact you cant give 0 stars is a crime . I have been able to sit here and think about what to write as a review and had more than enough time to figure it out. Time for you guys to figure out whats wrong with your chain restaurant.

Missing a food order for almost 45+ in the bar area. The bartender was not attentive whatsoever. As a server/bartender myself this is not acceptable. The bartender “ stepped outside “ multiple times and was crying at one point. Work is work, home is home. Be professional.
