Someone I know put in their two weeks notice in professionally and respectfully, and was told to pack their things and leave without finishing out their two weeks accordingly. Leaves no room for this ex-employee to have professional ties with the company, or to put this company on their resume due to the disrespectful ties the management cuts off with their previous employees. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not how you handle a business. Not how you treat employees. Let your employees finish out their two weeks. Obviously they don’t understand the appropriate etiquette of leaving a corporation. Have some respect. Be professional.

Management has no idea how to schedule work and hire quality employees, owners son or president of Co whatever he is, is clueless about what goes on ,on the production floor, surprised they hv been in buisness this long, if customers knew how they really make their ovens, have 2 new press brake guys that screw up more than they make parts, 1 was a welder now in press brake for 4mths, thinks he knows everything, the other talks a lot more than he works, he's been there 3 mths,remakes parts more than he makes, spends more time trying to fix his mistakes, pathetic , new machine came in and he spent more time taking pictures and videos of them off loading than he did working , would put 0 stars but wldnt b able to write review

Couldn’t tell you much about there product because I couldn’t get past the receptionist, who by the way answered the phone “hello”, I thought I called the wrong number, then after asking a question she said she had an emergency phone call coming in and said she would call me back, as other reviewers have stated not a pleasant group of people to deal with, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Have an existing BABBCO oven, called service department for some information on OEM Specs on my oven as my conveyor motor went down last night, was greeted with a rude, obviously inexperienced technician who literally told me he would not help me at all. Terrible way to get new customers as we recently had a sales rep visit us and were soon to send our bakers to test product there. No longer going to pursue business with this company after being treated with zero respect.
