The middle aged waitress was lazy and non attentive. She pushed for upcharges and at the end pushed the ziosk. She didnt offer to ring us out and I signed in for the free chips and salsa, She told me she couldn't do anything. If I could take back my 20% tip I would.

I don’t know why but the last year and a half this Chili’s has literally been the best chilis in Massachusetts. The service is on point. Every single staff member is so nice. The food is actually delicious. They season everything from the fries to the tomatoes to your fajitas, they even add the jalapeño pepper on top literally just like the picture! lol to everybody at this Chili’s location - You guys work so hard and this is why my fiancé and I go here every Friday night Because it’s always so good and such a good experience, we love the raynham chilis!!!!!!! <3 oh also the managers are so sweet and always check up on u i dont even understand how anyone can have a bad experience here its unheard of

As restaurants try and save money by reducing their menu offerings, Chili's has made the cardinal sin of only offering 1 type of sauce/flavor for their ribs. While most of their food is good for a relaxed, come as you are, restaurant, I generally go to certain restaurants for specific dishes. I'm disappointed that after battered chicken crispers were removed, ribs have now been essentially taken off the menu for me. My visits to Chili's are quickly becoming a thing of the past.

Our servers were fantastic, friendly and very attentive. If there was only a single plus to this visit it would be the servers and staff. The hostess was super friendly to our youngest who had questions about how they folded the kids menus.. and she took the time to chat with her and demonstrate. The food came out quick and tasted good. All around a good Trip

We just had the best dinner! A huge thank you to the staff for all your hard work! Our son was telling our server Cheryl that he is in endstage kidney failure and doing dialysis 3 times a week while we pray for a kidney.... The manager wanted to help us out somehow so he comped our dinner! To see the empathy from total strangers warms our hearts! Thank you for an amazing dinner ! Thank you for showing our son that people do care! Our hearts are full today!

Today me & family members had an excellent experience at Chili's in Raynham. We were seated immediately, we ordered chips & salsa (excellent) and ordered 3 meals - the bacon ranch quesadillas, the 4 piece crunchy chicken with fries & mac and cheese, and the steak combo that we got with shrimp. I loved the shrimp!! Food was served hot. Everything was delicious!! My granddaughter got the cookie & ice cream dessert. We all tried it - soo goid!! Our waitress was great, and the manager stopped over to see if we were satisfied. We were!
