I don’t know why but the last year and a half this Chili’s has literally been the best chilis in Massachusetts. The service is on point. Every single staff member is so nice. The food is actually delicious. They season everything from the fries to the tomatoes to your fajitas, they even add the jalapeño pepper on top literally just like the picture! lol to everybody at this Chili’s location - You guys work so hard and this is why my fiancé and I go here every Friday night...

As restaurants try and save money by reducing their menu offerings, Chili's has made the cardinal sin of only offering 1 type of sauce/flavor for their ribs. While most of their food is good for a relaxed, come as you are, restaurant, I generally go to certain restaurants for specific dishes. I'm disappointed that after battered chicken crispers were removed, ribs have now been essentially taken off the menu for me. My visits to Chili's are quickly becoming a thing...
