Had GREAT service the night of 8/19. The younger blonde boy and shorter brunette girl were great with handling my allergy; the best I’ve experienced. And they brought a fun atmosphere! Props to you both!

I recently visited this Chipotle two times. A few weeks ago, my family and I placed an online order. All four meals were either incomplete or made wrong with all the bowls being barely 1/3 of the way full. We received our chips in a small queso container not even a bag.. it was ridiculous. After numerous times of this happening, we called customer service and got free coupons.
So just the other day, we went to redeem our coupons just to be told all of them had been used already which was not the case. Anyway, you could hardly hear, and while ordering my quesadilla I repeated chicken and cheese nearly three times .. and I still ended up getting two plain cheese quesadillas with barely any cheese inside. Not to mention the chicken and veggies were flat out burnt, no one in my family even wanted to eat their bowls. To top off this experience, while checking out, a worker asked “Okay so a chip and small queso right?” and we still ended up getting no queso that we paid for.
Overall, I think the staff and management has easily declined at the Raynham location specifically over the past few months because this service is no where near to how it used to be.

I ordered online for 2:30, arrived at 2:42 and my food was cold when I got back to work at 2:45. The place was dirty, and overall wasn’t a great atmosphere. Only reason it gets 3* is because the prices are decent compared to other chipotles in the area.

11am only open for 15 minutes and extremly dirty. Bathroom smell like urine. Floors greasy and had food that was not swept up from day before. Windows and doors covered with greasy hand prints. Felt like the place had not been cleaned in days.

Not sure if there was management or staff change, but this place has turned out to be a nightmare. Extremely unhygienic food counters, cleaning isn’t done properly. They don’t restock often. Staff is not friendly & to top it off person cooking the steak was sneezing left & right without covering his face. Would definitely NOT recommend this Raynham Chipotle & won’t be back here again.

If you're craving disappointment with a side of indifference, look no further than the Raynham Chipotle.
The condition of this location is beyond unacceptable—it's a case study in how not to run a restaurant. Orders consistently arrive late and cold, portions are laughably small (as if ingredients are being rationed out of the staff’s personal savings), and the overall experience reeks of apathy.
It’s clear that upper management has checked out entirely. Hundreds of reviews echo the same issues: understaffed, underwhelming, and utterly mismanaged. At this point, it's not just a bad location—it’s a liability to the Chipotle brand.
Unless something changes drastically, it’s hard to imagine this place staying open much longer.

Cash only, they have small signs up with tiny font. I did not realize this until they started making my food, as I overheard an employee say it to a customer. I politely asked, and was met with an incredibly degrading attitude by a blonde woman with black glasses, telling me they had yelled it out. I never heard it, and the signs are in size 12 font. I will never visit this location again when baja's is down the street and never, ever so rude and condescending.

You better go into the restaurant itself and force them to put any food in your burrito bowl, or youll walk out with a half full bowl with barely any protein. This chipotle has become absolute trash. The reviews speak for themselves. Go elsewhere.
