Nah I love chipotle but I never get folks Napkins or warm food in Uber east and the rice today was really bad hope they do better

I have never seen a Chipotle in such bad shape. Someone asked an employee if he could wipe down some of the tables since there was trash all over them and the employee handed the customer a rag so the customer could “do it himself”
We ordered chips and the employee at the counter opened the bag and proceeded to dumped chips out of the bag before handing it to us and when I asked why he was doing that he said “we gave you too many”
Probably just avoid this location in general. Completely unsanitary and not run well at all.
There were more than six employees there. Very strange that no one could take out the trash or do some light table cleaning all evening…. Super odd behavior and service from the employees.

I came to this location about 1 1/2 hrs before close at 9:30pm to be exact on a Friday night. It was extremely frustrating that I was told that they only had brown rice, there was no steak and no Pico. The staff was already pulling items from the line which in my opinion if your open til 11, I wouldn't expect to see you really start pulling items til about 30-45 mins at most before close. I almost cancelled my order halfway through the line after I was told only brown rice, no steak and then to top it off no Pico which I almost walked out at that point. I got a bowl tonight that really wasn't made the way I wanted with steak at the very least. This location really needs to do better as far as having stuff available for people to still be able to order. The lady on the line when I asked if there was Pico in the Togo area didn't even look over and acted like she just didn't even care and simply told me no. I'm not sure if she was having a bad night but a little effort goes a long way.

The Raynham Chipotle is filthy and I am surprised the board of health hasn’t closed them. The staff was rude and portions were very small. I walked out before the server finished the order.

place is very good IF you walk in if you mobile order you dont get what you expect the walk in order is about 2-3 times the food you could pay for extra stuff and they dont portion the size to be extra

I just got a quick takeout the young girl wiped the whole stainless steel area down with her gloves on through the scraps in the trash and didn't even change her gloves this place is so dirty I come here a lot and it's poor service but it's close to my house I like the food but the place is dirty I should have said something to the young girl but I didn't want to embarrass her they need to change the workers in management there it has been bad lately

Food is terrible it’s cold majority of the time me an my girlfriend woke up sick after eating this last night she woke up throwing up an I woke up with a bad stomach ache u guys need to check your food or something it’s making ppl sick then to top it off the lady with the blue hair that looked like sonic she was just dumping the sauces on the burrito like who wants a spoon full of hot sauce in one spot
