This has been my local chipotle for 2.5 years now. The Framingham chipotle is worse. This one was good but has recently gone down hill. Portions are negligible. I pay for double steak and double of most toppings except rice. The fajita veg and beans they skimp on. Pay double steak and they give me half a portion. My same order at the Brockton location is full practically overflowing. That is the standard for my order. The most recent time it barely filled the bowl. Very disappointing with the lack of consistency yet paying the same price for the meal. If I pay double steak I want double steak. How can chipotle list calories of portions when there is no standardized portion? Either bad management has taken over this location and is having employees skimp on portions or the employees are either not keeping up with demand for ingredients or they’re too lazy to change them out. I would guess it’s the management personally. Wouldn’t be shocked to find out some new manager is trying to implement some BS to save money.
Update 12/8/25 This place is actually foul for what they charge and are willing to give out while missing items and half a portion of the protein. Again whoever manages this location needs to be fired.

Probably the most disgusting food establishment I’ve ever been in. Food everywhere, cross contamination between the different foods and condiments. Rice is undercooked, and service is insanely slow. Employees are wearing sweatpants. Stay far away from this place

It bums me out. With a local Chipotle one would hope to find a place to get a good meal with decent macros, but not only do they give you tiny portions of protein, the trash cans are always overfilled, the rice is undercooked, and the place is always very messy. I have tried eating here three times now and I am sure I’m not the only one that would love for this to be a great place to rely on. I wish the team well and I hope they can make something great here someday, our town could benefit from it.

Very dirty chipotle all of the employees (teenagers) just sitting behind the counter starring at you like your stupid then dinning area is a mess tables got crumbs and dirty napkins all over them where they serve food it was all scrappings around no fresh food so sad there is no excuse they need new management in there asap

I think every time I go here things get worse. Today the manager was reprimanding staff in front of customers. That doesn’t exactly create an atmosphere where staff want to work. The person who took over making my bowl after the first woman put rice in it gave me the bare minimum of chicken. When I walked for more she gave me two more pieces. I asked for veggies. I got three pieces of pepper. When I asked for more (the audacity I know) she gave me a ridiculous amount. I said thank you and asked for pico and corn. Again she gave the bare minimum. My bowl was soaked through the bag by the time I got back to work from the veggies, which were horribly over seasoned. I also ordered chips and quac. The quac was coming out of the container because the lid wasn’t closed. I may have gotten 10 chips. Ridiculous. The attitude of young woman who finished my bowl made me feel like I wasn’t welcome in the restaurant. Well, message received. I won’t be going back.

Although the food was delicious, I had some things that I felt like deceived me when I went to this chipotle. unfortunately, I decided to go into the chipotle after a long Day of expecting to come to chipotle. When I walked in, I experienced a disgusting atmosphere. trash all over the tables and the floor sauces everywhere on the wall food on the floor absolutely nasty. Unfortunately, I looked over it and proceeded to get in line to get my food. I then asked the lady to give me a bowl and I asked her for some rice in it. She gave me the smallest amount you can ever imagine in a chipotle bowl. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t wanna be wasteful and I thought she would’ve added more until she didn’t. Then I proceeded to ask her to give me some of the beans she gave five beans. Five. then I asked for cheese she gave me the smallest amount. Same with the carne asada. I then was about to speak up and she closed the bowl. I noticed the bowl was completely flat. I felt the rag and I looked over and I noticed a different employee filling up another person’s bowl and they filled it out properly with a good amount of food. I never ever recommend going to this chipotle in 1 million years and I hope this lady gets fired because at the end of the day if the roles were reversed, she would hate this feeling and I hate this place. Never come here if you are trying to get food because they will give you a singular grain of rice.

I had a fantastic experience at the Chipotle in Rainham thanks to Kourtni, the manager. She went above and beyond to make sure my meal was excellent, and I really appreciated her attention to detail. While I was there, I noticed how kind and attentive she was not only to me, but to every customer and her team as well. Kourtni is a standout example of customer service at its best, and she truly makes this location shine.
