Every time I go there is different people working. They are constantly out of supplies like cups for the coffee and many of the food items. I've recently been avoiding this location because of that. Today I asked to have my bagel sliced only not toasted and they told me they didn't have a knife. I asked how they slice bagels for everything else she said with a machine but couldn't slice my bagel and that she couldn't give me a plastic knife to.slice it myself. Baffled... because a week ago they gave me a bagle sliced only. Is a sliced bagel overall an issue, no. It's the constantly changing staff ,which I suspect is due to upper management and tye never ending list of out of stock items combined with rude attitudes

Buyer beware!Prices are more expensive than what they say on the order menu by the drive through speaker. Bagel bites mini's say $2 on the menu, we were charged $2.99.Tried to call this establishment but nobody answers the phone.

I have gave this dunkin over 20 chances and they legit can never get anything right. Most of the time my coffee is gross, never have items, and always forget items on doordash. I still gave them a chance after all that but I just got Door dash and there was HAIR COOKED INTO MY BAGEL. FREID. HAIR. IN. MY. BAGEL. I don’t leave reviews ever but this is just horrible.

I usually come to this Dunkin and I don’t know if it’s under new manager but everything seems up side down. I received my coffee but my cup was oily and when I called for a remake they gave me the same cup. And to top it all off my bag of food fell on the floor and an employee Cassie picked it right up and gave it to me with no napkins in the bag. I was very disappointed and disgusted with the entire affair this is my last time coming here. Do better.

the girls are rude, i repeated my order so many times and they didnt seem to understand after saying it clearly.. when i asked for them to repeat my order they laughed and this food is not cooked.
