Lol so you don't premake the expresso shot according to Duncan s corporate website . You are violating a company policy and it's also false advertising. Please retrain your people better for customer service . Only location that has customer service seems to be the one in Boston by seaport or New Bedford.

This is a good Dunkin’ to rely on. Drive-thru or walk-in. It’s large inside with a lot of area for sitting and dining. Bathrooms are decently clean.

They run out of ingredients way too quickly and need to do a better job of stocking product like Queso for the loaded hash browns and plain bagels. How do you get a shipment yesterday and by 1:30 today are already out of something. Unacceptable

i ordered 2 wraps and a muffin and got muffin in one window and what was supposed to be 2 wraps but I got instead 2 croissants and worse 1 didn't even have ANY food in it - it was EMPTY - I paid for bacon egg cheese and I got none of it just 2 croissant pieces and BLACK too as in BURNT so tried to call to complain 3x and just goes to a mailbox conveniently full so I couldn't leave a message - what jerks!

I wasn’t able to get Dunkin. Work truck too big for drive thru. Tried the front door but unfortunately they don’t unlock it until later in the day. Unacceptable for a coffee shop. Thanks for no coffee zero stars

It’s supposed to be 24 hours but they started locking the lobby doors I work for the state and I can’t use the drive thru due to the type of truck. I was never locked but they let the homeless ruin it for the rest of us just trying get a coffeee. And oh btw I’m standing out from in my safety yellow work wear next to my truck and they refuse to let me in! So I’m being treated less then due to the size of my truck ! It’s a joke !

I ordered delivery between 8-9pm from this location because it is open 24hrs. I ordered a small hot chocolate with whipped topping, large hot chocolate with whipped topping, extra large HOT coffee 4 sugars 4 cream and 1 dozen donuts. Not one thing was right

The hot chocolates were only half full and no whipped topping on either one.

The coffee had so much sugar in it, I had to scoop some out with a spoon. It was a hot coffee and the sugar wasn't dissolved??!!

The dozen donuts... UGH 😫. I ordered the following...
3 Boston Kreme
2 Chocolate Frosted Sprinkles
1 Double Chocolate
2 Glazed
1 Chocolate Glazed
1 Jelly
1 Old Fashioned
1 Blueberry Glazed

What I got was...
2 Strawberry Frosted Sprinkles
2 Vanilla Kreme
2 Powdered
2 Blueberry Glazed
4 Jelly

Not only were the donuts completely wrong but they were hard and dry. Everyone took one bite and threw the donut away.

For a location that is open 24 hours a day to serve stale, hard donuts is unacceptable.

I have tried calling numerous times to speak with a manager only to reach voicemail and receive no calls back.

Probably will avoid going to this location because of a recent experience I had today. I ordered a sandwich and drink at around 3:40 am today. When I pulled up I was told by the man working he couldn't make me my sandwich because the oven was being cleaned. I told him I would just take my drink then. I was given a refresher and I nicely said I ordered a black tea lemonade. He remade it, but this time it was coffee and lemonade mixed together. I tried it before I left because the drink seemed off by looking at it. I told him it was coffee and lemonade and I asked for a new one. He went to go make it but came back stating there was no black tea. At this point I was grossed out by the coffee and lemonade so I asked if I could just have a refund but he told me he didn't know how to do that. I tried contacting customer service but the person on the phone wasted my time for about 15 minutes and gave me the runaround. I paid with a debit card and wanted my money back, the person on the customer service line was trying to refund the wrong order, because I had to go to a second dunkin to get my order correct. I tried calling the store three times for help today and I have emailed the company but no one has gotten back to me. I'm mostly just bothered by how I can't get in touch with someone for a refund without a hassle. I genuinely felt as though I was bothering the person working by ordering my food and drink because it was such an issue from the start and I felt like he just didn't want to make my order. I'm usually nice I don't complain typically but this experience was terrible.

Update, came in to fix the problem the manager was super nice about it and helped me out and gave me my order today. Everyone working was nice I think what happened the day I ordered was just a fluke. Give your manager a raise she was super nice and understanding about the situation.

Went there ask for a donut tonight and he said they were out and I asked if there was anything else and he said no but when I left I saw a whole rack of donuts

Soooo. I ordered a egg and cheese on a croissant with a hash brown and med. Coffee. $9.43
The Meal deal which consists of the SAME thing with beacon was $6
No one said anything...I am mostly upset with me..Lol however when I asked if I could cancel my order and start over I was told No because a manager was not there to refund me.
