Ordered a sandwich, croissant, and a large black iced coffee with cold foam. Sandwich had 1 piece of bacon, croissant was complete air, and the cover on the drink was barely put on so I spilled most of my drink all over white leather seats. The girl handing me my food couldn’t put the phone down and paused to text in between handing me items. Unbelievable

Ordered a pumpkin latte and all I got was foamed milk. We asked them to fix it and they were really nice about it. But the fix was also terrible. I don't know how they were able to mess it up so bad twice.

These rockstar group of young ladies working on the afternoon shift of Aug 17th found my phone/wallet in a bathroom and were not only sharp enough to determine who to contact to notify me that I left it behind, but honest and kind enough to leave everything intact. This place has some great humans working in it. Not a bad cup of coffee, too!

Ordered a plain bagel and this is what I got…Drink was perfect but just blown away by what this “bagel” is supposed to be. It’s about half the size of a normal bagel.

horrible service. waited 15 minutes in drive through for a mobile order before just going inside. employees were more focused on doordash orders than the 10 cars in line or the people standing inside

I order a large coffee with 2 creams. My coffee ends up being very light. The coffee is watered down. It taste like cream I barely taste coffee. My sandwich is always cold.
