I visited this Dunkin for the first time & ordered a Frozen White Chocolate Hazelnut Coffee & Sausage, Egg & Cheese English Muffin. The coffee was a terrible flavor as I think whoever made it put entirely too much syrup & I couldn’t sip it due to it not being blended enough, so the ice kept sticking in the straw. The muffin had a weird red dot on the bread. Not sure if it’s blood, icing, or some other substance. Will not be returning.

This new Dunks is well run, no complaints on food. Only once I went 10 minutes before they closed and they said they couldn't make me anything, which I thought was weird. Besides that, clean inside, courteous employees, fresh coffee.

This is the best Dunkin' in the area. Accept no substitute. Every person behind the counter I've ever met are unbelievably friendly at any time of day. The service is always perfect. The food is always hot and as fresh as you're going to get. I don't often go inside, but when I do, it's always clean, calm, and comfortable.Great Dunkin' with super friendly staffers. It's its own store, NOT in a gas station. Has a great drive thru. Again, the staff is excellent there, always very helpful, friendly, courteous, and kind.

Today my family and I ordered 2 coffees through the mobile order. I walked into this store 15 minutes after ordering. I don’t see our drinks ready and think nothing of it. I figured the staff needed more time.As I’m waiting I see an older gentlemen go up to the employees and ask where his order is. The older man starts to read his receipt. As he is talking to them this employee walks away and ignores him. It broke my heart.10 minutes later I approach management asking where my order is. They say they have no record of my order. The manager (taller woman, blonde hair) raises her voice at me questioning if I ever made an order. I tell her the order number and she looks at the screen and says “oh there it is” and yells at her staff for not making it.After waiting 20 minutes I finally got our two drinks. It’s a shame that this location is so rude and unprofessional.

Manager/Supervisor Cassie is unprofessional and should not have a job. I witnessed her screaming at staff, swearing and bringing them to tears, she also seemed to be under the influence of something. It was awful I walked out before ordering anything I truly hope every employee there walked out also. I don't understand how this woman is employed.
