I haven't been here but drive by all the time and read the horrible reviews! Always joking with my better half we have got to try this place it can't be as bad as the reviews say! I'll get there one day ??

Some of the best Italian in the country! I’ve been to 5 star restaurants that can’t rival this place. Great service too.

I try to keep going back because the food is mediocre and priced ok. Today was the nail in the coffin. Based on the lack of staff and clientele, im guessing i wont be the only one not going back.

Came here with my family for my grandparents’ 65th anniversary and we were unpleasantly surprised.I will preface this by saying that the food was great, but service was TERRIBLE.My family arrived at 5:40 pm (I know because I have the text receipts) and I arrived at 6pm (this is relevant to my story) and we did not receive our food until 7:10 pm (also have the text receipts).Prior to receiving our food; My step dad ended up having to go up to the bar to grab my drink as we *never* received it - our waitress didn’t even notice that she never picked it up from the bar after it sat there for probably 20 min. She never said a thing. We NEVER received the calamari appetizer that we ordered- just ended up canceling that order. And THEN after complaining that we’d been waiting for an hour and half- the chef evidently tried to gaslight us and tell us that it had only been 40 min.We happen to have the text receipts to show what time everyone arrived as we all drove separately and checked in on each other.Needless to say- we will not be returning.

Despite other reviews about the flies we gave it a shot. Thought maybe it was just a bunch of "Karens" leaving reviews. Nope they where every where. The waitress was nice enough and the food would of been ok but the flies! Oh my God. So gross. For charging almost $25 for a Eggplant Parm it would be nice not to be swarmed with bugs!

Giving this place 2 stars overall and that’s being generous. Beware of fruit flies! This was our first time and last time here. Our server was Briana and she was attentive. However, the food was lack luster. We ordered stuffed mushrooms and instead were served sliced mushrooms rolled in butter with a ton of bread crumbs strewn on top. I’ve never seen “stuffed” mushrooms like this. They weren’t even mushroom caps. My dinner was drowning in butter which was suppose to be esqusito (part Marsala) and my husbands chicken parm had no flavor and was far too sweet. I’ve had jars of marinara that were better flavored. The worst part of the meal was the fruit flies. Literally half a dozen at least. In our water. Crawling in our glasses. Swarming us the entire meal and landing on our plates. At one point we had three dead ones on the table. Will never be visiting again.

Went to Harry’s right when they opened at 5pm. The waitress constantly left us alone, it took an hour to get our salads and an 1 hour 45 minutes to get our food. We had to ask for both to be given to us and the waitress was very rude and back talked when we asked about the status of our food. We were berated by constant fruit flies that continued to land on our meals and in our drinks. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. What a horrible experience.

It was terrible. Everyone seemed to act strangely service took a long time. Over an hour wait. Then the lights went out and we ate in the dark. And all the staff just acted like there was nothing wrong. It was an extremely weird experience. The food was not that great, and I would not recommend it. It was probably the strangest Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to.

This place is a dump, I literally heard workers complaining about the cleanliness of the kitchen and how it’s dirty and they wouldn’t eat there. All the staff seemed super nice but service was slow and the food tasted bland. The owner seems like a real cheap skate overall.

We used to eat at the old Harry’s years ago and decided to try it again with friends. We had reservations for 6 at 5:45 on a Thursday evening. We were seated immediately and given water, and things went downhill from there. It took a while before we ordered drinks, and we waited about 20-25 minutes for wine and beer to arrive. We waited another 25 minutes or so before the waitress took our orders. The meals come with soup or salad, but after another lengthy wait, we asked where they were and waitress said she just had to go make the salads and they would be out shortly. At 7:30 we asked about our food. The waitress reminded us that everything is cooked to order and takes time and that there was a party of 20 in the other room, but they were eating family style, so that shouldn’t have been overwhelming. We finally got our food, which was very good. Then we sat and waited quite a while for the check. We decided to pay cash because the waitress was nowhere in sight, but we didn’t want to leave all that money on the table. One of our friends knew the bartender, so we left it with her at 8:45, three hours after our arrival. I suspect the restaurant is short staffed and the waitress was taking care of the party of twenty, but that group must’ve had reservations so there should’ve been more servers. Although the food was good, the menu was limited and prices high, and we will not be going back.
