Walked in with my daughter ordered 2 sausage egg n cheese croissant sandwiches along with 2 Oreo cookie blast shakes. Everything was great tasting, staff was friendly. Overall great experience!!!!!

I try to frequent local chains, but this store is dirty, the clerks touch the food with their bare hands after touching money, hair, smoking, whatever. My visit today the store had at least a dozen clues around the counter, it was sticky and dirty, chocolate in the POS ... I'll go somewhere else thanks. No excuse, you had time for a snow but not wipe things down and sanitize?

Food and drinks are always good. The staff here are ALWAYS super friendly!! Even considering the place didn't have air conditioning and it was extremely warm inside. The staff still served a busy store with a Smile!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Employees!!

They should really change their hours online if they close at 7pm and not 8pm like it stats. Used a gift card to purchase drinks on the app and it put it through and was accepted. Only form of contact with customer service is through email for a refund on the gift card.

It’s 4:30 in the morning on 2/7/2025. This unfortunately is not the first time where i’ve come here after my 10 hour work shift to get food and the crew member that’s working is not pleasant. saying “anything else” after ordering one item than again after another item. It’s very unnecessary, i get it not everyone’s a morning person but she definitely could have been nicer.

I recently visited the Honey Dew Donut Shop on 138 and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shop was clean and well-organized, making for a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy. I highly recommend stopping by this establishment for a tasty treat and great customer service. 5 stars!

It amazes me the older short lady still works there. She’s always been rude. What a way to be greeted. It’s a shame that the texeira owners choose rudeness rather than keeping the employees that actually put a smile on customers faces. This lady hates her job and can see she only does it for money…I’ve received ice cold coffee, donuts with hair sticking out of the frosting and a finger print where the hair was pressed into it. My family is very large and has give Joe and his wife so much business over the last 25 years. I think it’s time he read his reviews and listens to his customers about how bad the service is. I feel bad because the owners are such nice people getting their reputation ruined by one rude rude woman.

Been here about 3 times, people that work in the AM seem nice but the shorter lady that works noon/day shift always has a bad attitude for some reason. Just walking in seems like you’re disturbing her so that’s why I don’t go to this location anymore. Also they don’t carry many things that are on the website
