Ive been to this location 4 times. Everytime there has been an issue. Do you guys know what a banana pepper is? Because I get pickles every time instead of banana peppers. Thats 3 times now this happened. The 4th time they gave my order to someone else as I stood there and got ignored as I told them they were giving the guy the wrong subs and I had to sit there another 15 mins for them to remake my order. Thats the only time they could actually figure out banana peppers apparently

Great sandwiches, made the way you prefer. If you're there during a rush, it can be a bit confusing of where you should be as a customer, though. It's also a good idea to look up their menu online before you go, as they don't display the full menu in the store.

Really bad experience ordering online from this store. Order was ready 30 minutes after the scheduled time, we paid for chips and were not included, order was large so I made sure all names were added to each sandwich and none of them were marked. Never again ordering from here.

The workers here were amazing. Sandwich tasted delicious. Service couldn’t have been better. Came in with a friend at the end of a long day before closing, the guy behind the counter still had a smile on his face and was honestly a great employee.

Ordered a tuna sub, most of it was on the paper wrapper, squished and not cut all the way. Tastes good but such a mess!

I placed an order on 5/23 for an italian sub and a chicken bacon ranch sub. I placed the order online and when I arrived at the store 20 minutes later to pick it up, it was not done yet. That’s okay, places get busy. This location did have about 5 people that I could see with maybe 2 actively working but that’s besides the point. I wait for maybe another 10 minutes when I inquire about my order- they say it’s still being made. Finally, 45 minutes later I see one sub on counter with my name on the receipt. My husband asks the worker about the order since the hot sub was just finished but we do not see the italian sub. She said they lost it and were “looking for it”. I asked them if they could just remake it quickly as it was just a cold sub but they stated they were going to “find it”. About 5 minutes later, they came out with a grease stained bag (I wish I remembered to snap a photo) and stated that they “found the sub”. Of course, I do not know where it was “lost to” and I did not want to consume this sub. I asked them once again if they could remake it since I had been in the establishment for 50 minutes now and wasted my whole lunch break. They said that since they found it they don’t need to remake it. At this point, I did not even want to eat anything from here. This was a very bizarre encounter. The workers there do not seem organized and not versed what to do in a customer service situation. I am one to be understanding but this situation was very odd.

Training Training. If you can’t make a veggie sub properly then how do you make any other subs. Barely any lettuce on sub, no tomato, bread was crushed when wrapped.

Horrible service! Went to this location in the afternoon and stood in line for over 5 minutes at the front waiting to place an order. Staff never even acknowledged me or anyone else standing in line behind me.
Granted it was their busy time and had the staff simply looked up and apologized for the delay or even acknowledge our presence no problem but that never happened ended up turning around and walking out what a waste of time!

We had the chicken chipotle sub. The flavor was ok, but it should have had more meat and veggies. A sub should not be more than fifty percent bread. The chipotle mayo tasted like just mayo.
