I placed an order on 5/23 for an italian sub and a chicken bacon ranch sub. I placed the order online and when I arrived at the store 20 minutes later to pick it up, it was not done yet. That’s okay, places get busy. This location did have about 5 people that I could see with maybe 2 actively working but that’s besides the point. I wait for maybe another 10 minutes when I inquire about my order- they say it’s still being made. Finally, 45 minutes later I see one sub on counter with my name on the receipt. My husband asks the worker about the order since the hot sub was just finished but we do not see the italian sub. She said they lost it and were “looking for it”. I asked them if they could just remake it quickly as it was just a cold sub but they stated they were going to “find it”. About 5 minutes later, they came out with a grease stained bag (I wish I remembered to snap a photo) and stated that they “found the sub”. Of course, I do not know where it was “lost to” and I did not want to consume this sub. I asked them once again if they could remake it since I had been in the establishment for 50 minutes now and wasted my whole lunch break. They said that since they found it they don’t need to remake it. At this point, I did not even want to eat anything from here. This was a very bizarre encounter. The workers there do not seem organized and not versed what to do in a customer service situation. I am one to be understanding but this situation was very odd.

Training Training. If you can’t make a veggie sub properly then how do you make any other subs. Barely any lettuce on sub, no tomato, bread was crushed when wrapped.

Horrible service! Went to this location in the afternoon and stood in line for over 5 minutes at the front waiting to place an order. Staff never even acknowledged me or anyone else standing in line behind me.
Granted it was their busy time and had the staff simply looked up and apologized for the delay or even acknowledge our presence no problem but that never happened ended up turning around and walking out what a waste of time!

We had the chicken chipotle sub. The flavor was ok, but it should have had more meat and veggies. A sub should not be more than fifty percent bread. The chipotle mayo tasted like just mayo.

This jersey Mike’s is incompetent asked what my order was 4 times and still got it wrong. I’ve givin this location about 5 times to maybe get it right. Same employees same outcome I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes to Swansea to get the real jersey mikes experience

I am writing this review concerning cleanliness and food safety...

I cracked a joke to an employee about how badly stained their uniform was. Then several of them chimed-in and said that the company won't give them more than 2 shirts in 6 months of employment. They were so stained, I honestly was astonished!

The overall cleanliness of the business behind the counter was just horrendous. The stainless steel counter next to the grill had rust all over it. The floor was covered in trash and grease. The prep counter looked like it hadn't been cleaned for the past 500 subs.
I could go on and on.

I will say that the employees were very polite and friendly!

Seems to me that management/owners are to blame for not visiting and following up on cleaning expectations (That means more than every 6 to 12 months).

Never enjoy writing a negative review, but I hope it reaches the responsible parties and leads to a positive change. 🙏

Vegetarian options: Hot and cold veggie subs available.

Parking: Roughly 15 parking spots close to the restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: There isn't a power door for wheelchairs, but plenty of friendly folks to hold the door for you. And, they have both high-top and regular tableps that can easily be arranged for handicapped individuals.

I went on September 29 2024 and when me and my family ordered they got all our orders wrong 2 times, and when i got my sandwich they got it wrong again and gave me a completely different order. The workers gave my family attitude when we politely tried to correct them on their mistakes. Awful service.

I would say one out of every 5 times i go here they manage to get my order right. How hard is it to listen to the directions of "no tomatoes and no oil/vinegar" and then actually do that. Yet a majority of the times what do they give me? A soggy sandwich from the horrible tomatoes they use and the nasty oil/vinegar they use.

This is the only Jersey Mike's that I will go to in my area. Amazing employees! They are all courteous and accommodating. Subs are always on point.

No lines and no waiting when I stopped by just before 1:00pm... I was surprised because it was a weekday and there's usually a lunch rush. Maybe everyone gave up on this place; it's dirty inside and there's no sneezeguard over the sandwich station, just a plexiglass divider that pretty much anybody can lean over.

I ordered a #13 (Italian) to go. Regular size. Sure, the subs aren't as big as they used to be; they've gotta keep the prices down somehow. Here's the problem (and the reason for the one star)... I get the sandwich home, unwrap it, and it smells (and tastes) like the latex gloves the sandwich maker was using.

Gross. Disgusting. Just plain awful. Whatever flavor the meats and cheese had, it was overtaken by the smell/taste of latex. I realize that gloves are mandatory, but they could at least get the non-latex nitrile ones made for the foodservice industry that don't smell.

4 stars for the service because the cashier was really friendly and smiled. Nobody else in that place knows how.

Also, I'm not going back.
