Came in today with my kiddo. The two guys at the front were super nice. Always a breath of fresh air when you interact with friendly people who seem like they enjoy their work. They were accommodating since the bread we wanted was still baking. The sandwiches are a bit pricey, but they are good and filling!

I went in on last Thursday there was only a few people in front of me I waited for over 15 minutes for someone to take my order and one worker asked if I was waiting to place an order I said yes and he said just making sure and stepped up but he continued cutting the sandwich meet so I thought maybe they were just real busy and waited 15 more minutes and two people came in and somehow got to order before me and one pick up . I waited a few more minutes in hope to be next but no one even acknowledged me after standing there for so long. I got fed up and walked out I won’t be coming back. I don’t know if somehow he miss heard me and I don’t like to give anyone a hard time but I’ve never had this happen I ended up going somewhere else.

I downloaded the app and order my food for pickup and it was ready by the time I got to the restaurant they also have options for delivery as well.

I waited 25 minutes for a grilled sub! Completely unacceptable, especially when customers who came in after me got their orders before I did. The staff of 5 seemed confused and unorganized with no leadership whatsoever, even from the person who was supposed to to be in charge. Other customers came in and ordered their subs only to find out they were made incorrectly. I've eaten here before without as much as a hiccup in service but it has gone down hill rapidly over the past few weeks

Never had a bad experience at this location!The staff here are always super accommodating & go above and beyond. My wife has a gluten allergy and they always handle that with care. On top of that the food is always fresh and delicious.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly options

Ordered a buffalo chicken bowl with dressing on the side. The dressing was put on the salad. The chicken was dry and the lettuce and tomatoes were soggy. I'm sorry charging $18.00 for this quality is outrageous.

i went to jersey mike's today fighting ailments as well as surgeries soon to follow other compromises, and i needed something to eat without much effort. i had points for a free sub and was reluctant to just go in for a freebie and spend $0.00 - i was greeted, spoken to, respectfully told "feel better" by several employees and felt cared for like your family making you comfort food! it's been a while since i had been to j.m. and i do not say this lightly, but they certainly earned my business today. thank you for filling me up, easing my day, and making me have to come back to thank you again. 5 & exceptional customer service mike's
