My husband and I went to LongHorn in Raynham, MA for our anniversary dinner. This was only our second visit—the first time, just a week prior, we had a wonderful experience. Our waitress then was attentive, made sure we had everything we needed, and the food was excellent. We both ordered steak with Brussels sprouts and corn on the cob, and everything was cooked perfectly. We left impressed.
Unfortunately, our second visit was the complete opposite. Our waitress only came to our table once, and we eventually had to ask the hostess to track her down. When our food finally arrived, not only was half of our order missing, but the service was nowhere to be found—again the hostess, not our waitress, had to bring it to us.
We had ordered French onion soup as an appetizer, but it was brought out with the entrées instead. Both of us ordered porterhouse steaks rare, with corn on the cob, Brussels sprouts, and loaded baked potatoes. What we received were paper-thin, well-done steaks, and sides that were burnt beyond edible.
We immediately asked to speak with the manager, who only responded with, “Well, we’re busy.” Being busy is not an excuse for poor service and inedible food, especially on such an important occasion. Disappointed, we left right away and had to find another restaurant, which completely disrupted our anniversary evening.
We don’t mind paying for a good meal, but we expect to receive what we order—quality food prepared properly, with at least decent service. Sadly, this experience was unacceptable
Best of all

My wife and I came here for a date night.
The wait staff was very helpful and the steaks were cooked perfectly.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is great and the overall experience was a great one.
I would recommend this place.

Overcooked food when asked for med rare, flies everywhere while we dined, slow but polite service. The servers were the best part of the experience tbh.

The Bacon Burger, Chicken Sandwich and Sirloin Steak are all very good. You can't be at the price. Service is very fast.

This place just keeps getting worse. My "T-bone" was more fat than meat, and there was MAYBE a bite on the filet side. It looked like they cut the filet off the T-bone before cooking and serving it. What a waste of money.

Ordered take out for lunch today, I this through Long Horn' website. When I arrived I did what I was told parked and sent them what parking spot I was in. Waited ten minutes and had to call for someone to bring out my order. Get back to work no salad dressing and 3 inch pieces of steak on the salad. Call to speak to a manager named Lisa. All she said was your order was correct yes 3 one inch pieces of steak is all you get. Look at the picture on your website looks nothing like what you get. Done not going back waste of time and money.

We love longhorn in raynham and normally have a pretty good experience but it feels like the quality and portions are declining. When my fiance opened his meal it looked like someone already ate half...I was not impressed and likely wont go back if this is the expectation for the price.

I generally try not to be too harsh or rate restaurants on a single interaction. That being said I wouldn't really recommend this place as a steakhouse. I'm either the unluckiest person alive or they use VERY sub par steak cuts. Of the many times I've eaten here, my steaks are almost 1/3 tendon and inedible. The flavor is good, and many of their other dishes are fantastic, but they are not a true steakhouse. Don't waste your money on the beef here. Other than that, servers are nice and the atmosphere is enjoyable.
