Akyra the Manager of this Panera went above and beyond for my friend and I tonight. Our order was made incorrectly (I blame the technology kiosk not the workers) and she saved the night by getting our orders corrected in a timely manner! We will most definitely be back. Thank you Panera

We just tried to place an order. The employee who answered the phone stated that she had no one to neither take the order nor make the order and then proceeded to hang up. HOW RUDE!!!! Where is the customer service or how about just common decency?!?!?

Perfect spot for those who enjoy a tasty and affordable lunch. I love this chain for its delicious soups and great sandwiches. Unfortunately, the service has been slowly declining — the dining areas are becoming less tidy, and the staff less attentive.

Clean dine-in, bathroom too. Downside the quality of the food for the price. My wife ordered a salad the lettuce and cucumber were frozen and brown. Plus we ordered chicken and it was missing.
