Ordered a Greek salad. Awful!! Limp lettuce what there was of it . Lots of core. No feta cheese to be found ; maybe 3 tiny squares. Soft and bruised tomatoes. Save your money.

Usually good, however my uncle found a hair in his Mac and cheese and didn't get the correct sandwich. I'm disappointed at how this visit was. Two stars.
Parking: Pick up spots instead of handicap spots. People picking up shouldn't get the best spots.

I ordered the firehouse chili In the big bread bowl, not only was the chili not good, but I didn't get the big bread bowl 😞 I also ordered a almond croissant, and instead the cashier gave me something completely different. What a waste of money. You just can't get good service anymore! ðŸ˜

Just got food for lunch it was the worse sandwich I ever had I ordered a chicken blt were is the lettuce and tomato the sandwich was put together sloppy. I won't be back
Panera should be ASHAMED of themselves. THE WORST SANDWICH EVER!!! The first picture is the sandwich, which is on their website. The 2nd picture is what I got to go for $9.62. When I got back to work, I had to turn around and take that NASTY, DISGUSTING, WILTED piece of so-called sandwich back for a refund. This was my 2nd time at a Panera Bread and DEFINITELY my last. The manager claimed they have to portion everything out. ??? I'm sticking with my Subway and Jersey Mikes!

Love the food and all of your stuff! The older woman at the front counter was extremely rude. I work in customer service and I would never speak to someone the way I was spoken to today. My boyfriend paid for the food and I ended up wanting a lemonade so I ordered one right after paying for our food. Her response was " that's funny I asked him twice if you guys wanted any drinks." You'd think she wouldn't care seeing as her position was the service counter and I was spending more money. Why work customer service if you're going to make people feel bad for spending money there? If I cared about keeping customers I would keep her out back
