Delivery driver was great and service was fast. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't.Pizza was burnt burnt. 80% of the crust is charred black. Never had bad food from here before but last night it was bad

Great Sunday Dinner Experience!
Stopped by our go-to Papa Gino’s for an early dinner on a Sunday with my son. We usually get takeout or delivery, but today we dined in — and we’re glad we did! We ordered a large cheese pizza and my son’s favorite mac and cheese, along with a bottle of iced tea and apple juice.
The staff was super friendly and accommodating. When my son changed his mind and wanted lemonade instead of apple juice, they happily made the switch without any issue. They even brought our food to the table, checked in on us during the meal, and offered to pack up leftovers when we were ready — it felt more like a full-service restaurant than a quick grab-and-go spot.
Great service, tasty food, and a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

On July 19, 2025, I came here to order after having a horrible experience at the Papa Gino’s on Winthrop Street in Taunton. I can say that Isabella and the rest of the crew were super awesome, friendly, and helpful. Thank you all for showing US that not all locations are horrible.

0 stars on delivery. Younger male driver was extremely rude when dropped off the food. Refused to deliver the pizza to the hotel room and gave the front desk receptionist a very bad attitude
