From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She made sure my order was perfect, offered helpful suggestions, and had such a positive attitude throughout the visit. It’s rare to come across someone who truly seems to care about the customer experience—and Christele absolutely delivered.
The food was fresh and delicious as always, but the service made this visit stand out even more. I’ll definitely be coming back—and I’ll be looking for Christele next time.

Went to get lunch with wife I believe the counter person jason was very polite and professional all so Jeff and I believe Tomas where very friendly and the service was definitely a 10 by far the best and new Gino’s for me hands down location was clean the food was great nice steak sub fries seasoning good and the dogs awesome thanks for everything great job Tomas and crew . See you guys very soon

Gave them a second shot, because everyone has an off night. Watched my pizza ride around for nearly a half hour before the driver came to my house.
If they were making another delivery, they went past me to make it.
If you like cold pizzas delivered, this is the place for you.
Don't order from here if you want your food to be edible when it arrives.

Placed order (over $100) for delivery three days ahead. When order didn’t arrive on time, called, was told it’s out for delivery, should be there any minute. Thirty minutes later, still no delivery. Called and told again out for delivery. Was also told during this conversation that driver had three deliveries to make and we would be next. Twenty minutes later after 2nd phone call, order arrived. Order received a total of 50 minutes after it should have arrived and was totally cold. Will not order from them again.
