Papalia’s and Josh specifically were INCREDIBLE in catering our wedding this past weekend. Food-wise, it was exactly what we wanted and was SO so good. We did pizza (obviously); Josh provided both cheese and pepperoni and also SIX additional flavors of our choosing. We went with spicy pepperoni, the Capo, margherita, buffalo chicken, rosemary potato, and a white sauce pizza with sausage and peppers (not on the menu but he let us create it!). Led by Josh Dale, I’ve had Papalia’s at my MS Society fundraiser the last 3 years. His team is on-time, prepared, friendly and overall wonderful providers at our charity event. This year we had the most attendees ever with nearly 250 people and Papalia’s handled the many pizza orders with grace, never letting quality suffer.
