Papalia’s and Josh specifically were INCREDIBLE in catering our wedding this past weekend. Food-wise, it was exactly what we wanted and was SO so good. We did pizza (obviously); Josh provided both cheese and pepperoni and also SIX additional flavors of our choosing. We went with spicy pepperoni, the Capo, margherita, buffalo chicken, rosemary potato, and a white sauce pizza with sausage and peppers (not on the menu but he let us create it!). We also did trays of broccoli chicken penne and veggie lasagne, and the Caesar salad and garlic knots. These were all such a hit at our wedding, and so many people came up to us the night of and after raving about how good the food was.
Planning-wise, Josh was the ultimate professional — overly communicative, organized, detailed, friendly and kind, answering dozens of questions from me over 10 months. It felt like he was a partner in wedding planning and not just a vendor we’d hired. He made sure he could accommodate multiple food allergies/preferences, making a few gluten free and vegan pizzas, setting aside gluten free version of pasta, and clearly explaining any cross-contamination considerations.
On the day of, my only regret is that I didn’t get to chat with him more and thank him in person! His team worked so efficiently and he very kindly stuck to communicating with my day of coordinator, and didn’t want to bother me or my husband. Papalia’s was an absolute 11/10 for our wedding and we’re already thinking about coming up with excuses to use them again. :)
P.S. they do pop ups / takeout in Raynham, so we even stopped by a few months beforehand to try out the flavors. Definitely go visit them!

Not only do they have the best pizza, the chicken broccoli, garlic knots and lasagna were soooo good too. Thank you Josh, you made our wedding the best it could be! Our guests are still talking about how amazing the pizza was and how efficient they were in keeping the crowd fed. Josh and his crew exceeded our expectations. Pizza was delicious and perfectly cooked. I pre-ordered and it was ready right when we arrived. There is one table near available so it was great to sit and enjoy it right when it came out of the oven. The pickle pizza was delicious but a little more wet because of pickles. The spicy pepperoni with hot honey was perfection and crispy! Highly recommend both and will definitely be back!

A well-oiled and delicious machine!!! Josh and his team are punctual, organized and they make awesome pizza. We usually host about 100 guests and they handle it amazingly. This was our 3rd year in a row and we're very pleased. Highly recommend Papalia's!

We recently had the pleasure of having Papalia’s Wood Fired Pizza, run by owner, Josh, for our at home party. It was an absolute hit! From start to finish, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and a great sense of rustic charm.
The setup of the truck and presentation of the food were both rustic and professional, giving off an inviting, artisanal vibe. Josh crafted a variety of gourmet pizzas that were nothing short of fantastic—each one was hot, fresh, and full of unique, bold flavors. We especially loved the pickle pizza with hot honey, which was an unexpected fan favorite!
In addition to the amazing pizzas, the catering included fresh salad and warm garlic knots, which paired perfectly with the main dishes. The server on-site did a wonderful job making sure our guests were taken care of, serving each hot pizza as they came out so everyone had the chance to try the full selection.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, and neither could we. The gourmet pizza options were delicious and thoughtfully created and displayed, offering something for everyone. At the end of our party, he packaged up all of our leftovers in boxes for us to keep enjoying. He cleaned everything up and took the trash, leaving us with nothing to do, so we could enjoy our party. If you’re looking for a unique and high-quality catering experience, we highly recommend Josh and his gourmet pizza truck at Papalia’s! We definitely will be using him again!

This pizza is a problem! I got the white sauce 3 cheese & garlic pizza and it was perfection in a box. Thin crust but so thin that it didn't support the toppings with a light chewy crust. It goes down smooth and the temptation to slam the whole pizza in a sitting is real. I almost didn't leave this review because I don't want there to be lines at this gem of a pizza spot but the world deserves to know. Well done Papalias!

Led by Josh Dale, I’ve had Papalia’s at my MS Society fundraiser the last 3 years. His team is on-time, prepared, friendly and overall wonderful providers at our charity event. This year we had the most attendees ever with nearly 250 people and Papalia’s handled the many pizza orders with grace, never letting quality suffer. I love their food and even order a bunch of pizzas for after the event so we can all chill and have some good food and reflect on our night. Josh also creates a custom menu for our event so that people can get “traditional,” or have some ability to individualize their order.
Highly recommend! Definitely book them for your private functions!
