My first time being here and the experience was okay. I ordered the Teriyaki Wings dinner but the guy thought it didn't come with fries and got a plate load of teriyaki chicken wings instead. They gave me fries for free and then I ordered a Spicy Ranch Harvest Delight pizza for my friend to take to her and it looked NOTHING like it did of the picture on the website or at the restaurant. The ranch dressing was supposed to be swirled onto the pizza but instead it looked like someone just poured it on making it look like a gloopy mess. I will give the place one more try but I honestly don't know about this place.

Take out order of boneless buffalo wings on 8/5/25. Got home and found food to be “over cooked and much drier than usual”. Called the store and was told they had breaded them this morning and they were just dark due to oil in the batter. Great example of how to drive customers away.

First prices are crazy for what you get. My pizza was ordered for pickup and they gave it to someone else. Next my pizza was undercooked. I definitely am not paying for an overpriced and undercooked pizza. You guys have to do better.

we got our usual good food and I decided to try the calzone. I'd never had one anywhere. Delicious, buffalo chicken, plenty spicy enough. could not get a photo taken before I had eaten half :-) Another awesome option.

This place is consistent in one thing and one thing only....getting the order wrong. I stopped eating here years ago because of this reason. Fast forward 7 years to today. They still can't get an order correct. I'm not sure how Aimee has managed to NOT manage this place for as long as she has, but this is ridiculous. Buff chicken sub was soggy. Fries were cold as a dead body. Grilled chicken sub had hardly anything in it. Not to mention the fact that they still can't get orders right at this place!!!! Asked for extra blue cheese for the buff chicken sub, but they sent none. Same with the grilled chicken. Asked for extra sweet and sour and got one half full.
Aimee is the WORST. Going back in the comments as far as 16 years and she is still apologizing to the public for subpar managment. Just stop. You seem to have single handedly destroyed this place. Congrats!!!!! We'll never be back.
