We ordered The Works pizza online today and I went back to the car. Before I even started the car the owner came out with my receipt and said he was so sorry that he had missed request to not have peppers on pizza. He then said he would make us another without the peppers. In less than 10 minutes he brought out the correct order to us free of charge. Excellent service, with Excellent tasting food!

Stopped in to get a meal on a Thursday night at 7:30, was told they were closing early, no reason given, they looked fully staffed. (Their hours say they are open until 9). Before posting this I even double checked their Facebook and website to see if I missed they were closing early but nope.
Went next door to Hokkaido instead and had a fantastic meal, and great service.

Went for the first time yesterday, got a pizza, Greek salad, and pasta dish. Everything was delicious. Pizza was cooked perfect and was delicious

This review is several years in the making, and I don't know why I have waited this long to sing their praises. The quality of this shop beats everyone in the area, and feels more like a sandwich shop on Atwells Avenue than Route 44 and Raynham. Their consistency and quality is what sets them apart. People seem to whine about the counter service or time for food or prices. Everyone needs to wake up, running a small business is very difficult and they operate on razor thin margins to simply sustain a living...this is clearly a family business that is trying to survive with sky high food prices and insane costs of labor. Would it be better if they had an army waiting at the counter or one behind to prepare it faster, maybe... maybe not. I ordered a small chicken cutlet sub today with roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella, basil and balsamic. Every single ingredient was fresh and flavorful...it felt like I was eating a sandwich for the first time...and I assure the reader it was not. I'm no connoisseur, but I've had them on the streets of Italy and all the heavy hitters between New York and Boston. On the right day, this place could hold its own with any of them.

Absolutely delicious! Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The staff was friendly, kind, and welcoming, and the atmosphere was so inviting, it feels like a place you’ll want to come back to again and again. Thank you, Pizzaiolo! I’ll definitely be coming back 😊

I really wish I could give these guys the full five stars their food is excellent.

My last 3 visits have been troublesome.
1st : I was missing items on a delivery order and had to go pick up the missing item
2nd : I came to pickup an order and completely on accident it was dropped and needed to be remade (no problems it happens glad I was not eating floor food, great integrity)
3rd : I'm left to assume by the shock on the poor front counter tenants face that my food was handed to another gentleman because I could see they were remaking mine... My issue is I paid for a sandwich with extra ingredients that I did not get on it... And it wasn't roasted as I had asked for.

It seems that every visit I make, I just don't get my order on time, as requested...

I've been regularly ordering from here for about 3 months now and can honestly say it's a complete turn around.

The Staff has been on point, attentive and kind. They feel like friends when I call/walk-in. The order is almost always ready ahead of the expected time!

Their accuracy on the orders has been remarkable and the food has been delicious. The pizza, salads and sandwich that I usually order always tastes great and notably the meat/cheese is FRESH AF.

The food is good, the restaurant is neat and clean, you order from a counter. The staff was polite. To clarify they do exactly what you expect. But I won't give 5 stars for counter service. For that I would expect waited tables. My biggest issue is that the prices are quite high for pizza sandwiches and subs

The pizza is good. The dough is soft and buttery. I normally don’t eat the ends of the pizza crust but I wanted to this time because it tasted good

Excellent food & customer service. Portions are generous and priced fairly. The eggplant caprese sub is delicious, as well as the bolognese, chicken piccata & shrimp scampi! We are so happy we found this gem!

Found this eatery last week and was very happy with all the important criteria for a return trip. Today, I'm happy to report that i have experienced the best Italian sub I have ever eaten in my 59 years. After speaking with the owner Sal, it turns out that he buys his food from a company that is top of the line in quality and freshness. If you want quality food that is fresh and reasonably priced, this is a quality eatery that i guarantee you will come back.

When you think of a traditional Italian deli, Pizzaiolo is exactly what comes to mind. Fresh vegetables, fresh mozzarella, fresh bread, and perfectly seasoned meats. (The cannolis are delicious too). Absolutely delicious.
