I frequent multiple stores regularly. This location is awful. If you love Starbucks you know one of the best parts of these places are their employees! ALWAYS pleasant and so accommodating! It’s always a pleasant experience! They are known for it. Well today I went to pick up an order through the drive-thru. The window opens I’m handed one of my drinks and my bag…i proceed to talk to her, we are literally making eye contact! She maintains the eye contact (and me mid sentence) as she proceeds to CLOSE the window?! Then she turns her back to the window. I look at my passenger who says “wooow!!” 🤦♀️ My other drink comes she turns around shoves it at me and says have a nice day, closes window. So purposefully rude, seriously put effort into just being nasty.

Third morning in a row where I’ve gotten my iced drink looking like someone had chugged about 3 sips. After three times I finally asked for it to be topped off out of pure frustration. Barista grabs it, tops it off, puts it back on the counter without ever saying a word. I say thank you. Nothing. I say thank you louder. NOTHING. Manager or shift leader hears this and shouts across the dining area “You’re welcome! She didn’t hear you!” Clearly this store needs some SERIOUS customer courtesy training because I would never dream of not saying “sorry about that” to a customer who is unhappy with something. And then to have a leader treat a customer that way, it’s no wonder this barista had the poor customer service skills. We frequent this store often, and I’ve had great conversations with the District Manager when he’s been around. I can’t wait to see him again 😁
Edited to add: this morning my iced drink was not missing an inch of drink like in the past. Phew, right? Nope, it was about half filled and when I asked the manager or shift leader, not sure what her title is, to top it off, I was asked if I wanted it filled to the top. Like no ma’am, I love paying $7 for a Venti and only getting half the drink. Can’t wait to get my return call from Ellis, the District Manager.

Stay away. Worst Starbucks in the universe. Rude workers… Entire staff, incomplete order when I asked for them to remake it. She got an angry at me .unfriendly. Terribly managed.

Best Starbucks experience of my life. Pretty sure person who took our order was on several drugs. Hallucinated half of our order, and when we pulled up to the window and my PayPal didn’t work, they laughed and said “haha that means you’re poor.” I kid you not. It was incredible. Whoever this diva is - I love you.

waited over 40 minutes for a small coffee, not only were the employees just sitting around talking instead of doing their jobs they were extremely rude after i asked for my money back! i wish i could give this place zero stars, avoid at all cost will never be giving them business again

I picked up today from a Mobil app order and had “tip your baristas “ on my sandwich bag. As someone who tips in cash and also works in the restaurant industry where I live off my tips; you NEVER ask someone to tip you. Especially when baristas make $15-$18 an hour. Because of these whiney, greedy 20 something’s, I’ll never come back to this store.

Absolutly worst order pickup experiance i ever had at this location. After waiting for 5 minutes for instore pickup i asked a women who was leaning against the counter yawning if my order was going to be ready soon. She pulled it out from behing a box on the counter and slid it over so i could see it then went back to leaning on the counter. Then i asked her where my bread was and she said it wasnt ready then walked over to another counter and found it sitting there waiting. no apoligies no nothing. Coffee was luke warm by then. 5 people there but only 2 were only doing anything resemble getting orders ready. reciept # 72154196. I would have posted this on the app but there is no place on the app to leave a review. this is why they recieved NO tip.
