Worst service ever. 17 minutes to get a beer and 1 other couple at the bar and 5 bartenders. 2 hostesses and a gentleman working there talking about hooking up.
Someone cleaning the bar McDonalds style, another filling the menus, another never broke conversation with only other couple, out original server must have had an emergency in the kitchen that effected her vision, that leaves two I there’s that remained at the empty side of the bar..

Two of the worst meals I've had this year were from my last two visits here. First in October for my birthday where something was wrong and/or missing from every course (steak fries were undercooked, Bacon Mac & Cheese had NO bacon, and the dessert special trifle was missing the cake layer - listed on the description). The manager could have cared less when I complained. Then we decided to give it another try after Christmas at the Publik House side, and both meals were just terrible...read full review
The service was slown and unfriendly. ordered drinks waiting for remainder of party. They arrived and wanted to order apps. Waitress comes over to see if we're ready to order and she appeared irritated when we wanted apps. Buffalo chicken dip nothing more than a bowl of cream cheese. Cobb salad nothing but LOTS of lettuce and an egg. Couldn't find the bacon or the cheese.For the price, try another place, as the service and food not that appealing.
