Went inside to try to order in our forced to use a kiosk. OK it took 20 minutes before someone even realized that we had placed an order and we’re paying cash. So no one made the order until we paid for it. And then waited another 20 minutes And still no order. Then took another 5 to 10 minutes to try to get our money back. No apology no we’re sorry actually was told to leave when I kept questioning why was taking so long. The kid behind the counter said he just got there and that he didn’t need grief from me. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had in my life and never did get the food.

Today I went there on happy hour and got my diabetic son a diet Pepsi so I thought and myself a baha blast and half hr later my son was spitting and throwing up . So when we checked his blood sugar it was 347 that was not a diet Pepsi I had to call Corp and say somthing it's not hard to read the diet soda or maybe it is for those hight school kids that work there

As we don't have taco bell in quebec my kids were excited to try it. The food was better than past experiences from years ago. Service was nonexistent and had to order from the kiosk.
Food was awful (no black beans in a black bean item, hard as a rock cinnamon sticks, tacos soggy and not good at all). Person at the drive thru was not only super inconvenienced by having to get our order, but handed us an unstable stack and rolled her eyes when we took it in layers so it can make it to our car easily.

We bought a frozen Baja Blast with our order for dine in, and when we had our name called this short lady with short hair and the drive-thru headset told us -in the rudest manner- that their machine was broken and when we asked for a refund, she said no because we had purchased it through the kiosk. She threw us a glass and then started yelling to her headset OH MY GOD DUDE YOU JUST PULLED IN WAIT A MINUTE. She denied us the refund and said the drinks were the same price -they are NOT-. I understand you work a minimum wage job but it is not necessary to lie. The food was horribly salty too, did not finish my food. The worst treatment ever.

This might be the worst taco bell I've ever been to. Service is slow. Somehow they don't have lettuce so there's basically nothing in the tacos.

This is the absolute WORST Taco Bell on the planet. Waited almost half hour for an order with 9 people working. There was a line out the door. Lord have mercy. Go to 44 or county. Don’t go to the Broadway location. You’ll leave questioning your life’s decisions I swear.
