Food was awful (no black beans in a black bean item, hard as a rock cinnamon sticks, tacos soggy and not good at all). Person at the drive thru was not only super inconvenienced by having to get our order, but handed us an unstable stack and rolled her eyes when we took it in layers so it can make it to our car easily.

We bought a frozen Baja Blast with our order for dine in, and when we had our name called this short lady with short hair and the drive-thru headset told us -in the rudest manner- that their machine was broken and when we asked for a refund, she said no because we had purchased it through the kiosk. She threw us a glass and then started yelling to her headset OH MY GOD DUDE YOU JUST PULLED IN WAIT A MINUTE. She denied us the refund and said the drinks were the same price -they are NOT-. I understand you work a minimum wage job but it is not necessary to lie. The food was horribly salty too, did not finish my food. The worst treatment ever.

This might be the worst taco bell I've ever been to. Service is slow. Somehow they don't have lettuce so there's basically nothing in the tacos.

This is the absolute WORST Taco Bell on the planet. Waited almost half hour for an order with 9 people working. There was a line out the door. Lord have mercy. Go to 44 or county. Don’t go to the Broadway location. You’ll leave questioning your life’s decisions I swear.

First start Taco Bell had no beef. Stacy P the The person who took orders and was out the window with so rude. She completely got her order wrong and would not let us take it back. She made us completely go around again. And now with cars in front of us were saying that she’s getting everyone’s order wrong so clearly something’s not right with the system I am going to so many Taco Bell’s and I’ve never came in contact with someone so rude and ignorant in my life. She completely discarded our feelings and how we cared about the service here so I hope she gets fired

Working in the area went inside and waited at the register for almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I ordered 1 beef hard taco with a tortilla and cheese in-between (cheesy gorrdita)..6 bucks now...I remember them being like 3 bucks ...no value....done with taco bell 🔔.. better off going to Chipotle .

I just picked up my order there and it was incorrect. I brought it to the servers attention and he was very short and rude with me. If he doesn't like his job he should quit, for the prices of fast food these days, rudeness shouldn't be included in the price.
