I do apologize but I wish this could be a discrete message to the owner. I visited your establishment today and was concerned. The cook (I believe your brother) had on the black gloves as he was preparing food came to the front to speak with a vendor,held a cell phone in his hand while the gloves were on. My food was in the process of being prepared. I believe this to be unsanitary and I was concerned about my food having cross contamination as food handling appeared to be unsanitary....
