Walked in and Manager ( Veronica) was ripping a staff member a new one not cool unprofessional I myself run a small business and never did this to any of the guys if they made a mistake she needs to make sure employees are safe and customers fell welcome food was ok a little slow to get service

I consistently use this wendy's and it is always a 30-45 minute wait for the food, doesn't matter drive through or dining in. Extremely incompetent staff with a touch of attitude every time.

Guy with the dreads was awfully rude and handed me a completely unfrozen melted frosty. When I when in to get a new one they didn’t even fill it to the top and seemed mad that I wouldn’t accept a melted ice cream. The people working here don’t deserve to me working with food serving keyed ice cream and expecting people to consume it or just accept it lmao. Treat people how you expect to be treated

Staff can’t hold it down here. Several things missing on my order even when placing it online 20 minutes ahead of time, being pulled forward to wait for another 10 minutes (even tho I was the only person in line). And the dining room is locked at 7pm so I have to go through the drive through to ask them for my missing items.

Will NEVER visit this location again. Extremely rude staff. Not only were they directly confrontational we didn't get 75% of our food. Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food joint!

Zero is not an option so one it is! The drive thru attendant was immediately irritated “what do you want” when I drove up. Argued with me while I ordered. Threw the food in my car. Didn’t complete my order and had the nerve to ask me what I was waiting for. RUN! Plenty of other options on 44. Do not waste your time.
