Went to the drive through during peak hours. It wasn’t very busy and now I know why, the locals must know something I didn’t. The food was barely edible, obviously had been sitting out for hours in one case. Burnt in others, didn’t think that was possible at a Wendy’s. Hands down the worst Wendy’s or fast food experience I’ve had in a very long while.

Went to order and nobody was at the drive thru, then I went inside and everyone had cell phones in hand, finnaly someone went to ring me out. But they had such a bad look on thier face and was so rude I had to walk out. I will not go back here if this is how they operate I don't recommend.

What a joke this place was! The lobby doors are locked @ 6pm, so you have no choice but to use the drive thru. I had to repeat my order to the idiot at the speaker, not once, but 3 times! I still came back to find the 2 burgers and fries far from warm and they had to be reheated. They got 1 burger absolutely wrong. The only thing they managed to pull off was a perfectly cold Frosty drink. ??♀️ Zero points for the effort, it’s supposed to be cold!!! Glad I had dinner before hand, I certainly wouldn’t want to see what else they could’ve screwed up.

Received a voucher for another meal.This is located on route 44 in RaynhamThis time we spent $47.plus change. Everything was cold and over cooked. I couldn’t eat mine and wondered if they were from last night. The rest of the food was not eaten either. French fries were not a full order and were cold.On our way to the Pat’s game we didn’t have time to go back.Food was missing out of the order as well. The chicken nuggets were warm and tasted good. The 4 piece that came with the cheeseburger meal free.There was no one in line either, so I don’t understand why this happened.

First thing is, the girl in the drive through was pretending to have a weird accent & then had a guy in the window laughing at her. Then I ordered the new pretzel baconator, & literally got a double cheeseburger with one piece of bacon on regular buns, & the fries were freezing! This is the FIFTH time in a row I’ve come to this Wendy’s & my order was completely wrong!I love Wendy’s, & I don’t ever do these reviews but this has to be the worst place in my area sadly. Please fire a LOT of people at this store. Period.

This was the Wendy's in Rayham. Stay away!First: My feet stuck to the bathroom room. You won't want to touch anything.Second: Both soda fountain machines were empty.Third: The French fries were cold and looked old.Fourth: The sandwiches were eatable, but that's it.It's not the Wendy's I'm used to.No value here.
