Solid and consistent. We've been getting takeout from here for about 10 years. Good American Chinese food. It's all I need from the Chinese place down the street. I wish they'd sell some traditional Chinese food, but they probably know their audience. They could improve by throwing out those packets of duck sauce and hot mustard and including the good versions that they make that you have to ask for (I'm not at he mall!). China Gourmet is excellent. Their sauces for each preparation are unique (instead of every chicken dish being fried chicken w/ a sweet sauce like some places), and every dish we've tried has been excellent. If it says spicy, it's actually spicy! Usually I have to order extra spicy, but this place brings the heat.
