I drive by this place on a regular basis. Today, the wife and I decided to stop in and give it a try. We each ordered a cup of white chowder and three clam cakes each. We took our lunch down by the water where there were Adirondack chairs waiting for us. The sun was shining and it was a beautiful day to eat clam cakes and chowder. The chowder was very good and the clam cakes were equally as good, I have no complaints about any of the food items that we had. The girl at the counter was very friendly and answered our questions. I am not sure if they close down for the winter but if you get a chance I would definitely recommend Dickey's Clam shack.

Sea scallops people. Sweet, fresh and delicious.. Easy and quick to pull off and back on the road. No eat in but covered picnic tables; plenty of shade. $-$$$

Ordered a small fried clam plate for $27 and when they say small they mean it..I counted 10 fried clams and more French fries to fill the order to make it look good..the Cole slaw was dry like they took it right out of the bag..wouldn’t spend that much money again four a plate of food like that..I understand it was a smalll plate but almost 30 dollars for 10 clams..check your food before you pay for it

Fries Fries Fries, these are the fries that I enjoy, crispy and delicious. Came here for lunch the other day, it was raining and had just gotten my car serviced up the road. Was just around noon and stopped in for the special which I believe is Monday thru Wednesday. Burger, fries and drink for 9.95. ? definitely need to try the fries here.

My only complaint about this was the price to portion ratio I am not sure if it was a fluke but I did not feel I got my value I will go back as the food was really good just $$$ for the portions
