I used to go to this Dunkin ALL the time it USED TO BE the best one around. Today I went there and ordered my regular iced coffee a large butter pecan with milk and sugar, I got to the window and the drive through worker was extremely rude and insulted me because I am having a dermatitis break out then handed me the coffee I left the parking lot and took a sip not checking it prior to leaving because usually the coffee is great here. Well they gave me a large iced hazelnut with cream I can’t have cream. So not only was I insulted but the coffee was extremely wrong. The last time I went the coffee was burnt and the egg in my breakfast sandwich was gross but I thought maybe they just had an off day. I don’t think that’s the case anymore. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this Dunkin for a very very long time if ever

The coffee tastes like a warm cup of flavored coffee water. The sandwich was made correctly.
The employee was quick.
They could clean stations a little better.

This is the best Dunkin in all of Bristol County! The staff are excellent at all times of day. The coffee is always made well and the food is toasted to perfection. Not to mention it is more affordable than many Dunkin in the area. No doubt we drive by at least 15 different locations to go to this one every day.

This place has somehow managed to not once—BUT TWICE—make my matcha with spoiled oat milk. TWICE. absolutely insane. service has always been wonderful..but for the love of god check the date on your Plant Based milks. I have a dairy allergy and physically cannot consume dairy. I have no other choice but to get a plant based milk. stop serving it spoiled.

Went to this dunkin a few times.I was usually seen at the window by one of the girls there named Sarah. She's always so friendly and my orders never seem to be messed up when she makes the coffee.I'll come back so long as she's here. Making this my choice Dunkin Donuts from now on.
