I appreciate Charlie remaking my coffee every time the girl with the red hair makes it. When red head makes my coffee, iced coffee is all over outside of my cup and is not stirred at all. This is an everyday occurrence and if she sees me walk in the store she makes sure she makes my coffee. Today she pushed aside the other girl and made my coffee. No reason to try and cause issues. Calmly I told her no customer would accept a coffee that looks like this. Don't think I'll be coming back when she's working.

I went through the drive-thru this morning and it took me a few extra seconds to find my wallet and pull up the app. The manager with the red hair proceeded to tell the girls inside Duncan while the window is open that they'll make sure I'm never allowed back in the store if I take this long again. which is unacceptable

Not only did they forget some of our items but it also looks like someone took a bite out of my egg. Took apart my sandwhich after i took a few bites to rearrange the bacon because it was just thrown on there and on the opposite side there is clearly a large bite taken out of it. Absolutely disgusting if you’re that hungry at work make something for yourself!!!

Typical Dunkin experience including the fact that was clean and had a pleasant staff.
Food is fresh, coffee is made right, even on mobile orders! The staff is kind and smiles. Had a couple times they ran out of a popular donut, understandable, but kind enough to let you know at the speaker so you can choose something else. Honestly can't fully answer about the atmosphere cuz I do mobile and drive thru orders. But the staff have pleasant attitudes so probably good!
Parking: Rehoboth 3 Park st. Huge parking lot with other businesses, haven't seen it even 1/4th full. Drive thru lines quick n hardly crowded.
Wheelchair accessibility: The store is level with parking lot so no known obstruction for wheelchairs. But haven't been inside.
