My wife ordered a pizza never showed up so we tried calling no answer so she reorder and come to find out they left the 1st 1 on my front stairs never called or rang our bell we noticed it when they delivered the 2nd 1 and got charged twice went to the store and refused to refund the 1 they left they told me to call the delivery service when it's there responsible for the delivery people they hire very poor business when you treat people like the pizza that was left on my front stairs half frozen and wet

Literally has been months since we came here and we still can’t wrap our heads around the whole experience. The partnership between this “restaurant” and the place next door makes no sense. You can’t sit out and eat pizza unless you buy from the connected bar/restaurant. Servers are sassy as heck. The pizza is overpriced slop. The signs in the place are rude and unclear. Wouldn’t be paid to try this again.

My friend and I went there for pizza and a beer at the restaurant. Even though the pizza place is connected to the restaurant even though you can see the pizza ovens through this huge hole in the wall where they order pizzas from the restaurant I'm guessing you can't get a pizza at the restaurant. The only way you can get pizza there is to take out. If you want to order appetizers You have to order other food to get a pizza? It's a wicked strange place. It looks like the restaurant was built in with the pizza place but then people ordered pizza instead of the food from the restaurant and the restaurant shut down the ability to order pizza it's just bizarre.

Their pizza is out of this world!!! The restaurant's clean and cozy and on Revere Beach. The service is impeccable. The prices are very reasonable and the Italian food is delicious. :)

Food was delivered and left outsides on the ground at least ten minutes before scheduled delivery (almost a $5 delivery fee plus a tip). Looked and felt like an old pizza. Cold and the center was a soggy mess. One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever tried to eat

Terrible service. Asked about ordering pizza and was told we could only order what’s on the menu. We saw 3 other tables with pizza-which were the only other tables with guests in the restaurant -so we questioned it and were told it was because they bought drinks and we can’t just sit there for free. The “server” didn’t even ask if we wanted drinks. We were then told that pizza can only be ordered at the outside window. He never asked us if we wanted anything else. We were going to order something from the menu, but the very rude server never gave us the chance. A bit of advice, your customers are your business and having someone so rude working for you is not very good business. Will never go back.

This use to be my favorite pizza but since they moved I'm super disappointed. The dough is just not the same at all. Been going for over 40 years. The new place is a one and done.
