Unwelcoming establishment act like why are you here. Disrespectful. Bar was empty. Food was overcooked no flavor did not have enough tortillas did not supply in napkins or condiments like salsa or hot sauce and did not ask if I like just the place when you're stranded and need some food.

I have to say, Cancun did a great job all around! We tried a few different pizzas (bar pies as they are called). Each of them were cooked perfectly - I love the crispy edges, mmmmm - and the staff was friendly and fast. I can't wait to go back!
Very unprofessional, some lady “placed” my order and told me that it’ll be ready in 20 mins I arrive 20 mins later and I wait a little while and finally a nice young lady comes and helps me and tells me it’ll be right out so I wait some more and then she tells me that unfortunately the person who took my order over the phone never placed my order. So then I wait some longer for my food another 15 mins for just a pizza and two drinks.note the place is not busy at all and she puts me on hold I arrive at the joint and it’s a ghost town so I think she was just being rude for no reason whatsoever. -1 star

This place has always been on point, but I ordered a pepperoni pizza and El Estadio and look at my pepperoni picture. It looked like and old cheese pizza that was already pre-cut and then they added the pepperoni before sending it to me. Could not believe it.

Service was nice and friendly. Atmosphete was good. Food unfortunately was not good. Couldn't finish our plates, which is unusual. Even the chips and salsa didn't taste good. Not authentic mexican food. Tasted like beans from a can. Just sharing my honest opinion.
