I was really disappointed, I was expecting good quality food and good hospitality, but it was just a waste of time and money

The manager or staff Rachid was so rude and had a unwelcoming attitude and out of all so disrespectful and won’t recommend coming here

Took my kids to Casablanca Café/Restaurant in Revere and we all loved it! I ordered the chicken tacos and they were incredible so flavorful and fresh. My kids devoured their food, which says a lot! Friendly staff, clean space, and fast service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The workers behind the counters are hella weird, they talk about the customers in Arabic and thought my friend and I couldn’t understand their strange comments. Don’t work at a bakery if you don’t want to deal with customers. Their food is good but I genuinely want to die whenever I’m forced to go order. With this sort of attitude they should invest in Kiosks so we don’t have to interact with their weird workers.

We don’t usually write any reviews but this is to much. we hope this helps owners or who ever manages this business to be more careful and take care of cockroaches 🪳 and cleanness of this place. We were just looking to have something to eat and this is what we got in my wife’s sandwich I been here before for coffee or bread but definitely we are never coming back. I do not recommend it to nobody

My review is more of an advice to the owner than it is a review, we like casa blanca which is why i am writing this.
lately, the portion and size of cake keep shrinking and the prices keep increasing. I understand everything went up but if we are to compare it to another places that offer similar quality, the porition and size is much bigger (at least twice as much) with the same quality and with the same prices casa blanca is offering. Don’t be greedy Mr. Owner or manager and be generous. You charging five dollars for a cake that smaller and thinner than a finger

Great service, always friendly and helpful people. The coffee/cappuccino are always hot. All and I mean all of the pastry is freshly baked and outstanding! The palmier should be illegal, it is so delicious. John and Steve

Today I went to eat at a restaurant and while I was standing in line I noticed that the cashiers were taking a long time to take the order, they were talking among themselves in such a way that they didn't care who approached them to ask for their order, while they were taking the order and I was standing at the cash register I could see rats moving around on the floor, I simply paid for my order but I wasn't able to eat it because of the disgust I felt knowing that a place that sells food to the public is infested with rodents, and that they put people's health at risk with the pathologies that these animals spread.

Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My family and I were standing there waiting to be acknowledged for over 10 minutes. The workers seemed like they did not want to be there and cashier seemed like she was confused. So many workers behind the counter but no one offered to help. My advice for them is to SMILE AND GREET YOUR CUSTOMERS!

This place was the worst place you can go, I came with my family after we called them and asked what we wanted and they said yes. We got there and nothing they said was true, and the young girl in the front had a nasty attitude as if ppl r getting the food for free, don't go there n waste ur money
