Updating my review from 5 stars to 2 stars,Your customer service is awful, you guys don’t learn and don’t want to change your mentality..I will never come back to this place, when you come to this place they treat you like you’re begging them for food or like they’re giving it to you for free.Hey if you don’t like your job and don’t like serving people get another job!!! After all the customers are paying your salary and they are the reason you have a job. The men working here are not bad, but the women are terrible.. terrible attitude.

I Looovee this place! Especially their cappuccinos but unfortunately I came in today this morning around 6:15am with my father happy to get some early breakfast and some coffee and their was no one to attend us. We waited about 10min to see if anybody would come out. Before even enetering we did notice someone up front and had directly eye contact with us and then they just went to the back and never came out. After leaving and getting into our car we then noticed them coming out again? Honestly we are both upset we weren’t able to get attended.

Excellent European coffee and French pastries Mostly a large middle eastern Morocco population the owner work really hard to make it a nice experience Lots of people eating on you at the counter. The ambiance is back in time with a hometown feeling

Today I bought some breakfast that was bad (tea, coffee, sweets, homemade yogurt, omelets, BREAD). After I bought two bread and ate one, haven’t touched the second one and wanted to exchange it with something else after 5 minutes of buying it, the guy just told me NO to exchange without asking about the reason. Never had such experience of costumer service elsewhere!I don’t understand the common sense of the person who took the order; when I asked about omelet inside a small bread with cheese, I was given a whole big bread with a little omelet inside it. I couldn’t eat it at all. It was a waste of time and money going there!
