We went here for lunch on Sunday and all I can say is why the heck is there not a line coming out of this place???
I have been to many Iranian restaurants, from LA to Watertown and this place was magnificent. Nice clean place. The food was great. But if you are in a rush to eat, you better get some patience. It takes time for that good food to come to your table, but when it does, you better take a deep breath and enjoy it.
Will be back very soon....

I just had to leave a review because this Persian restaurant was amazing! The kebabs were some of the best I’ve ever had — super juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. We also ordered a few appetizers and they were all fresh and delicious.
What really made it special was the service. She was so friendly and made us feel right at home. You can really tell they care about their customers and love what they do.
If you’re craving good Persian food and want to be treated like family, definitely check this place out. I’m already planning my next visit!
What we tried were: Kashe bademjoon, kabab Koobide, kabab Barg, kabab Torsh. Albaloo polo, Shirin polo, plain polo

Absolutely the best Persian food I’ve had in the New England… the kabab torsh and koobideh were outstanding; the sides, yoghurt, and salads were all perfect.

First time trying Persian food and Chai Bar left a great impression. The food was delicious & very flavorful. It's a small restaurant which leads to an intimate environment. The waitress even took time to explain how the dishes should be eaten. Will definitely be returning

This is the best Persian restaurant in Boston area. I highly recommend Koobideh, and Kashk Bademjan. Also the marinated chicken and lamb with pomegranate sauce is unique at this restaurant. The owner is really nice. The price is reasonable. It is better to call and reserve a table before showing up.
