Seems that if you know the staff they will actually pay attention refill waters be attentive ect. Waitress would be gone for 20 mins at a time or more. Took 2 hrs for me and my wife to have dinner for our 1st anniversary which was suppose to be pleasant. It wasnt busy at all eitherwe seen partys of 3 and 4 come and go. Again the guest that seemed to know the staff got the attention all guest should. Food was meh definitely NOT worth the money you will spend there. The French onion soup is super sweet and thick not what we were expecting. We got creme brulee which was burnt. We were excited for hype and were pretty disappointed. Didnt even get a thank you for coming come back again or anything on the way out just 3 staff memebers hanging at the host stand and they even seen us leaving. Not worth the money wouldnt recommend

Lovely ambiance, ocean view and a mouse running across the floor!I didn't even tell the server as our table was around the corner from the entrance.I met a friend for brunch for a first time visit on Sunday @ 11:00 AM. Had to wait for clean coffee cups, yet they just opened, then coffee was bland.Bacon arrived looking like it was on the grill for 2 seconds and both orders had to be sent back. Some quality control is in order here from management, if they have any:(I won't return....ever!

Hopping bar, meal portions are large, service good. Clam chowder & grilled asparagus were excellent. Pork cooked schnitzel style with very nice mushrooms sauce was alright. Mashed potatoes were runny. Lobster mac & cheese had large lobster chunks, a plus. But long intestine looking noodles with unidentifiable cheese heavy on the nutmeg sauce did not allow me to taste lobster.Clean and beautifully decorated restaurant with a view of the water.

The food is ok nothing amazing about it.The place it self is very nice upscale, service was good as well.I'll go back for appetizers and drinks for sure. If you want better food go to Dryft down the street there food is better.

Food was the best part. Trendy, upscale atmosphere with a nice bar area. The Lounge at Cut 21 looked great too but came for an anniversary dinner and sat at a window seat. The server was nice, helpful and fun to talk to but for a steakhouse thats charging steakhouse prices you usually receive a higher level of service. Food was great, my wife said the bolognese was the best she ever had. I ended up making the switch from the a la carte steak and side options to the burger and I’m glad I did, it was amazing. Added in the crab fried rice and that was spicy and delicious. If you’re looking for a true steakhouse experience head into the city but if you want an upscale experience on Revere beach this is the place to go.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, again, only when I find it necessary. I visited this restaurant with my husband, my 2 children and two other people. Only myself and the 2 friends were able to order because menu is not kid-friendly and they are not allergy friendly either. I understand restaurants aren’t all allergy friendly but I would think this would be made known. I’ll try to keep as short as possible. My husband has a serious shellfish allergy. He wanted to order a steak plate. I mentioned to the server he has a shellfish allergy and she asked how serious his allergy was and I said it was serious. She went on to ask if it’s serious to the point where he gets a serious reaction or if it’s just an allergy where if there’s cross contamination it’s OK. I said it couldn’t be cross contamination because he has a serious allergy and she said he couldn’t eat that plate because they can’t cook it separate, since they cook everything in the same place (not sure what she meant). So I asked what do you mean? It can’t be cooked separately even though he has a shellfish allergy? She said no. So I asked what he can eat and pretty much left it that he didn’t have much a selection and her words were “unless he wants to risk it”. THAT in itself is awful. I mentioned multiple times he has a serious allergy and she did nothing to try to accommodate, rather than “risk it”.Point is, awful service, awful attitude. I am understanding, but this service is unacceptable.

A wonderful venue for dates or friends gathering right in front of the beach. They have a very friendly staff and pleasant music. Their food is awesome! It’ll be nice if they’d add an ice decaf latte to their menu!

Fantastic brunch menu. The eggs Benedict with the crispy fries is delicious. This hotel is right on the Revere water front with amazing views of the bay and planes landing

Our first visit to Cut 21 was good despite slow service. However, the second visit was frustrating. We were left waiting even after asking for help. Salome, a waitress, was rude and told us it was our fault for not waiting for the hostess, despite a "take your seat" sign. After more delays, we decided to leave.

It's a very high end restaurant by the beach. We came here for my bachelorette dinner, and brunch the following morning. Although we were dressed nice, casual clothes are also allowed I guess since other customers that dined there wore tshirts and whatnot. For dinner, the most amazing dish would be the octopus. It wasn't tough to chew at all. Matter of fact, it was so tender and the grilled texture and smoky flavor just enhanced the experience. The steak frites were served with a black vinaigrette, so the initial smell when taking a bite reminded strangely of the scent of my fiancé, but scent aside the taste was good. The fries were a little too thick for my taste. The lobster mac and cheese was addicting. It tasted like the buldak carbonara noodles but minus the spice. The lobster was also soft, contrary to other times I've had lobster. The calamari was crispy and the spicy ranch that came with it was the perfect combination. The mashed potatoes were whatever to me. The grilled asparagus however was great. I don't know if it's because of how thick it was or what, but every bite was a burst of perfectly cooked asparagus into my mouth. Wagyu dumplings were alright. For brunch, we had to get calamari again because it was so good. I had to try the banana custard French toast because HELLO? Custard??? I love custard! It was soooo good. It wasn't overly sweet and the banana was the cherry on top. I didn't even need to drench it in syrup at all. I loved the poached eggs with steak, paired with that butter they had (I forgot the name) so good. The crab Benedict was also so good. The crab was not fishy at all and just enhanced the whole dish. In all, brunch was definitely better than dinner. Albeit expensive $$$, it was worth it.Forgot to add: I love how the cocktails were not overly strong. They were just right!

Showed up with a party of five, at 7:15pm on Sunday evening and right away, Cut 21 is By far one of the sexiest, elegant, grown folks type restaurant in Metropolitan Boston. The views to Revere Beach, the staff, outstanding, the decor, to die for, the music selection and volume on point (you could still hear yourself talking), the overall AMBIENCE and setting was so overwhelmingly beautiful and breathtakingly. But honestly, none of that would mean nothing if the food did not match... and BAY-BAYYYYYY!! let me tell you, Cut 21 did not disappoint!! We was a party of 5 and everything that came out to our table was exceptional. The presentation of each dish that came out, out did the previous one. Every thing was so beautiful and perfectly laid out. OMG but the aromas and flavors were even better. Everything came out on time, no one at our table waited, everything was piping, steaming hot. No complaints. Nothing had to be returned,.exchanged, or fixed. Our table was so quiet. Everyone's plates looked so good,.no one could resist wanting to taste eachothers selections!! I came in from Atlanta to visit family, I am originally from Boston, and come often,.for some reason none of my family and friends that live here had never heard of nor been to Cut 21. All night after I got back to my family's home, all I could think is "who can I invite here before I leave next week" and even crazier, I was thinking, "who can come up with me from Atlanta next time, so I can take them to Cut 21"... yes yes yes, everything about this place was that good. If you haven't been there yet, you don't know what a gem you are missing. I don't drink alcohol, however the people that did, said their drinks were great, and of course, as expected the presentation was gorgeous. If I lived here, this would be my once a week go to spot. My grown children call me a foody, I guess I am, because I love good food. I would give 10 stars if it were possibleOur waitress, Jessica, was beautiful on every level, so professional but not stuffy, so she was not overly friendly, but gave exceptional service and mannnn oh mannnn did she know every detail of each meal on the menu!! That is what I expect from wait staff but very hard to find!! She went above and beyond with our table, but I got the feeling she is like that with all of her guests. But it felt good that she made me feel like it was just us. LOL Jessica was just a diamond ?!! She made us feel so welcome and she interacted just enough to make us feel at home, but at the same time as if we were Catered to. I would request to be seated in her area, if that was possible. This place gets 10 stars from me and my family and friends. Oh, lastly, I would have expected to pay a lot more for our meals. The prices on the menu were more than reasonable. I feel like I got way more than my money was worth!! The only "issue" i had with our visit was the temperature inside the restaurant. It was FREEEEEZING!! I wished i had a sweater. However, we let the waitress, know, and she apologized and stated she would go turn it down. Which she did. I actually took these pictures during my visit. There were a lot more, but the others had our faces! I can't wait to come back!! LOL bon AppétitParking: It was Sunday evening 730pm, and there was plenty of street parking. We actually parked directly across the street from the restaurant
