Literally just left this place and HAD to write a review. The service was incredible the guy who was at the register was super kind and friendly! I wish I got his name but i will definitely be going back soon! I got a breakfast burrito and it was amazing. 10/10 place the price was great as well!

The food is incredible everything me and my family ordered was really good 👍 I had pancakes, and my daughter had steak and cheese and my mom had french toast. So the food was excellent. But the service was so HORRIBLE. I mean the lady from behind the counter who was supposed to be just behind the counter taking orders and running food. There was not 1 WAITRESS ??? Which makes no sense because if you have ever been inside it's a pretty big restaurant to not have one single waitress on. So in light of their not being a waitress on the lady behind the counter that was our waitress but not our waitress brought us our food brought us all the wrong food our food came out before our drinks came out afte the food so my mother simply asked if her coffee was coming out because she didn't know if she had forgotten it and the lady that was our fake waitress snipped at my mother was extremely rude and for the rest of the time that me my daughter and my mother were there eating the lady did not come back to the table once and was cackling us to the two people that were sitting behind us she was actually screaming so the whole restaurant could hear some people just need patience thank God you guys are nice lol. I cannot remember her name otherwise I would post it I have never been treated so badly at a restaurant and also my mother is an extremely good tipper like I have to tell her to not give so much so she really missed out anyway the food is good the service is horrible because there is no service my opinion and my advice is to go through the drive-thru

I might be wildin out but I don’t think their donuts are better than the fresh 99 cent donuts they bake at market basket 😂. Also the coffee was very mid. I make better coffee at home. I would rather just go to Dunks honestly. Not a bad spot if you in the area but def not an out of the way trip kinda spot!
Poor service. While ordering at the drive-through, I asked for two minutes to figure out what I wanted to order since I was the only car there . A young girls voice at the drive-through said fine. Less than 2 minutes, I figured out what I wanted to and I replied multiple times with no answer. I then drove up to the window. The young girl I spoke to on the intercom stated I have to drive around the building to the order menu again to order. So being that I was the only car at the drive-through I drove around and I gave them my order.
I felt very insulted and seemed like the young girl was drunk with power over the drive thru seems like she never had the authority like that before.
Also, this happened a while back, so I don’t know if the same girl I dealt with still works there or not.

I tried to order from the drive-thru, someone took my order and nobody ever came to the window after like 20 minutes... All it was was a donut and an egg sandwich so not something that should take very long.. I just drove away

Great place ! Good atmosphere ! Friendly staff. Food allways cooked to perfection. I go there 3 or 4 times a week nice place to chat with friends after a great breakfast or lunch or just an incredibly large fresh and delicious donut and a hot coffee . I believe donuts are half priced for a dozen between 3 and 4 but check first to be sure!
