Unfortunately, I couldn’t even have dinner or order a glass of wine because they could even not serve us. They seated us at a table, people working there kept walking past us the whole time, but nobody came to take our order or even ask what we’d like to drink. I was forced to get up and leave. This is not a place where you’ll get even average service… maybe because I look Latino, but they don’t know that my grandfather was Italian and that’s exactly why I was there, trying to enjoy some Italian food.

I specifically went there because I’ve had their tripe many years ago and it was delicious. It still is. I look forward to returning soon and ordering something else. Everything on the menu sounded wonderful. My server Gianna was wonderful. Also the Italian bread was great that it came with. I had a glass of their house Chianti and that was also wonderful. Can’t think of anything negative to say about the experience
Bit loud near the bar

Great food in a family style restaurant. If you like spice, go with the fra diavolo sauce! You won’t be disappointed!

This is our 3rd time visiting DeMaino’s, and each time we have enjoyed a delicious meal in a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. Despite the fact that we live in Montana and trips to New England are rare, each time we make a point to visit the best Italian restaurant we’ve ever had the pleasure to dine at. Dinner tonight was delightful and we’re already looking to our visit next year.

Never given a 4 star review for a place I never received anything from!
Well I had a pickup order through Toast, and someone came by and stole my food. Walked out of the restaurant. Called back to have my order refunded.
Thankful to the manager for doing the right thing.
DeMaino's was a great experience. Old style traditional italian restaurant the way northend use to be. Family run. Food was good, had the bolognese with italian sausage. Both were tasty. Do expect extra water with pasta just like old school restaurants. My only pet peeve. Girl friend had chicken special healthy portion. Shared very reasonably priced bottle of chianti. And excellent spumoni tartufo to finish. Will be back.

Casey, our waitress was excellent. Extremely attentive and funny.
Our food was decent, some of the dishes we liked better than others.
Huge loafs of bread were good, mozzarella sticks were good, the stuffed haddock was decent, the pizza was fine. Not as large a fan of the cheese on the kids Mac & cheese.
All in all, it was a good experience, with the highlight being excellent service from Casey.

I was in town for a business trip, and was looking for a local place to eat. Since my great grandfathers name was DiMaina, I thought I’d try DeMaino’s a try. Wow, what a gem of a place! The food is so good, I came back a second night. First night I had the chicken escarole soup, eggplant rollatinis, and a house salad. Second night I had the soup again, but with the fried zucchini blossoms and bracciole with broccoli. Mamma Mia, it all tasted like a real Nonna was back there cooking! This place is the real deal… fifth generation Italian, no fuss authentic food in a casual atmosphere. I used the bread to scoop up every last bit of sauce! Brava, DeMaino’s! I’ll be back next time for the tripe and stuffed artichoke!

Would give ZERO stars. Could not be more disappointed. Only good thing was the wine. Veal medallion marsala was dry as a bone. Fettuccine alfredo also dry,
