We absolutely love living at 500 Ocean Ave and have lived here for 1,5 years. Having a beautiful ocean view, direct access to the beach, and still being so well connected to the city truly offers the best of both worlds.
The property management team is amazing, especially Lindsey and Emily, who are always responsive, kind, and professional. The maintenance team is equally fantastic and always super efficient and friendly 😊
The amenities are excellent and very well maintained, and it’s clear how much effort the staff puts into the building; from keeping everything clean and running smoothly, to making sure community rules are respected, decorating for holidays, and organizing community events etc. The list is long.
And honestly, the location can’t be beat. We’re very happy to call this place home - would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new home 😊

What really sets this place apart is the management and leasing team, they’re kind, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which makes such a difference day to day. The location is also a huge plus, being right on the Wonderland station blue line stop and having delicious restaurants and Starbucks right on site. We couldn’t be happier here and would recommend 500 Ocean to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Living at 500 has been such an amazing experience! Super dog friendly, beach every day, sits on top of restaurants and the blue line, neighbors are friendly, and so much more. The old reviews don't reflect how incredible of a job the current management team has been doing. They continue to make this place feel like home, all requests are dealt with in a very timely manner, and everything runs smoothly.

First time here. Liked the restaurant and the view. I had the duck confit hash and eggs and my companion had a lunch bowl. Both were very good. I would go back. Like that they have brunch and lunch on Sundays.

Just an all around great experience. Meal was at night so we couldnt see that water and it was a little smaller placed than I pictured, but that doesn't take away from the meal and the service. Very good. Highly suggest the Rissoto

We went on a Saturday night and the place was packed. We were seated in a corner which was actually very nice, it felt a bit less hectic. Our server was fabulous, offering suggestions on drinks and food since we were not super hungry. I have never had better clam chowder and my tuna nachos were the perfect entree, fresh and delicious. My Husband had the poke bowl for dinner which was also very fresh and tasty. I would definitely recommend Dryft!

Food was great. The clam chowder really surprised me how good it was. The fish and chips were excellent. It was nice to see a restaurant using a different type of fish and not the usual. Very lively and energetic crowd. Great location.

Love 500! It is the best building along the beach, hands down. The management and maintenance teams are very prompt and helpful. The units are very well kept and you can’t beat the location above the train, fine line, and dryft. We love it here and so do the dogs :)

I recently went to tour 500 Ocean Ave with a friend and was stunned by its location, amenities, and design. Ashley led our tour and she was incredibly helpful. Touring in the Boston area is usually stressful but she was very welcoming, patient, and attentive to what we wanted in our apartment. Really recommend this place to anyone looking!

I always love this place, and it never disappoints. Food, serivce and ambiance are all great. My one caveat: I miss the old "meze plate" appetizer. The hummus appetizer is delivious too, but that meze plate was unbeatable, Hopefully sometime that will reappear!
