These 5 stars are for Jonathan and the rest of the maintenance staff alone! They truly are amazing. Whenever we have a problem (broken microwave, clogged drains, faulty outlets, etc) they are quick to address it. Jonathon is so kind and goes above and beyond to ensure that each issue is fixed. We’re so appreciative!!

Whether it's a minor fix or a major issue, Jonathan tackles every task with professionalism and a smile. He’s so smart and his attention to detail and proactive approach have resolved and prevented countless problems for us, making our living space comfortable and cozy. I think the entire maintenance team truly goes above and beyond, consistently exceeding expectations—but we have had exceptional interactions with Jonathan for which we are very grateful.

Ocean 500 is the ideal location for me. It's near to central Boston, has good transport links, is close to the airport and is opposite one of the best beaches in the Boston area. There is a gym is in the same building and there is office and communal space when you are working from home. Our apartment has all the amenities we need and we have free rein to decorate it how we wish. We've been here for just over a year and it's beginning to feel like a home. The management team have been open and helpful to us and that is one of several reasons why we chose to lease our apartment for a second year. Sure, there are some issues around communal living but a lot of that is caused by other residents, in spite of the management teams continuous efforts to ensure that everyone respects the space. We briefly thought about moving but so far no where we've seen comes close to offering us all the wonderful benefits that 500 Ocean Avenue does.

I love our home, where we have only a few minutes' walk from our door to the beach. There is a sense of community which I appreciate, it is nice to have neighbours. Yet when I close our apartment door, it is nice to have peace and quiet to focus. I love the service provided by the management, the cleaning staff (who go above and beyond) and the maintenance staff. They are all helpful and friendly, which makes living here much appreciated.

We have been at 500 Ocean since the beginning of August and the entire staff has been perfect with helping us settle in and handling our requests. My husband and I have lived here now for 1+ year and absolutely love it! Besides the opportunity to transfer for our second year into a more spacious apartment where we get to wake up every day to the sights and sounds of the ocean - feels like you're always on vacation along the beach!, we especially love the wonderful community that exists here. It's very special to find a place where you truly feel at home with your space and neighbors. Shout out to the 500 Ocean management team and our 500 friends crew!
