We absolutely love living at 500 Ocean Ave and have lived here for 1,5 years. Having a beautiful ocean view, direct access to the beach, and still being so well connected to the city truly offers the best of both worlds.

The property management team is amazing, especially Lindsey and Emily, who are always responsive, kind, and professional. The maintenance team is equally fantastic and always super efficient and friendly 😊

We’ve had such a great experience living here and truly have loved calling 500 Ocean home for the past 3 years. The apartments and common spaces are beautifully maintained and very comfortable. What really sets this place apart is the management and leasing team, they’re kind, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents.
