The order was wrong after multiple corrections we missed an order and asked if we could correct it they said yes and they forced us to pick up a wrong order and the manager is super rude , definitely not recommend this store for drive through. The rudest manager Iâve ever seen.

Go to the location across the street this location wonât cook your food all the way and will give you soggy food they forget the expresso and cinnamon every time when giving me my Carmel craze and only give me the Carmel and milk I specifically ask for napkins because I know they forget and my son is a mess with donuts and they still forgot now they have me coming to the window to order my food Iâm all set go across the street

The workers here are incredibly lazy. My father showed them a picture clearly labeled âStrawberry Energy Punch,â yet they made him a completely different drink. You would think the employees at Dunkinâ Donuts would at least know their own menu or, at the very least, how to READ. On top of that, they blatantly lied to him, claiming they âdonât make food at this location,â even though I have been there multiple times and know for a fact that they do. Go somewhere else.

I come here every weekend after work to grab a coffee and something to eat but every time I order food the ovens are âdownâ or were just âcleanedâ meanwhile the young kids are just standing there on their phones, this has happened way too many times to count, this location must be losing money with these lazy workers. Definitely would not recommend this location!!

I went to this dunk's location. Before 9 PM I arrive in the drive through. They are open lights on and everything. There's a bunch of young kids in the lobby drinking coffee. I think I then go up to the door to walking. The door is locked with a bunch of young kids partying in the lobby with the workers and then as I. Point them out and tell them that it's not 9 PM yet.They then all go walking to the back room, including people that don't work there.As far as i'm concerned that's not something they should be doing bringing people who don't work there behind the counter especially kids with backpacks
