I’ve been to this location a number of times. I have food allergies and have been given the wrong orders which made me very sick. I was asked what I wanted from them when I called to complain. I was told to come and get a gift card Instead of getting reimbursed for the co-pay from the doctor. Made a trip over for nothing because they didn’t have the card. When you cannot drink milk, hot chocolate is not the option. Terrible terrible service.

placed an order legit 8 minutes ago and it's already arrived at my door, cooked to perfection. this dunks is usually fast but this is, like, UNUSUALLY fast for a busy hour. idk what kind of witchcraft the employees at this location do but keep doing it, you guys are amazing! thank you for the killer breakfast 🙏

The order was wrong after multiple corrections we missed an order and asked if we could correct it they said yes and they forced us to pick up a wrong order and the manager is super rude , definitely not recommend this store for drive through. The rudest manager I’ve ever seen.
Go to the location across the street this location won’t cook your food all the way and will give you soggy food they forget the expresso and cinnamon every time when giving me my Carmel craze and only give me the Carmel and milk I specifically ask for napkins because I know they forget and my son is a mess with donuts and they still forgot now they have me coming to the window to order my food I’m all set go across the street

The workers here are incredibly lazy. My father showed them a picture clearly labeled “Strawberry Energy Punch,” yet they made him a completely different drink. You would think the employees at Dunkin’ Donuts would at least know their own menu or, at the very least, how to READ. On top of that, they blatantly lied to him, claiming they “don’t make food at this location,” even though I have been there multiple times and know for a fact that they do. Go somewhere else.

I come here every weekend after work to grab a coffee and something to eat but every time I order food the ovens are “down” or were just “cleaned” meanwhile the young kids are just standing there on their phones, this has happened way too many times to count, this location must be losing money with these lazy workers. Definitely would not recommend this location!!
