I come here every weekend after work to grab a coffee and something to eat but every time I order food the ovens are “down” or were just “cleaned” meanwhile the young kids are just standing there on their phones, this has happened way too many times to count, this location must be losing money with these lazy workers. Definitely would not recommend this location!!

I went to this dunk's location. Before 9 PM I arrive in the drive through. They are open lights on and everything. There's a bunch of young kids in the lobby drinking coffee. I think I then go up to the door to walking. The door is locked with a bunch of young kids partying in the lobby with the workers and then as I. Point them out and tell them that it's not 9 PM yet.They then all go walking to the back room, including people that don't work there.As far as i'm concerned that's not something they should be doing bringing people who don't work there behind the counter especially kids with backpacks

I asked for 4 sugar in a large hot coffee no cream they gave 2 sugars and 4 creams also asked for 2 large cups of ice instead I got one cup half full....lazy and ignorant
June 2nd, went thru drive thru early morning gave the Woman a $20 and I did she gave me $1 and some change, when I told her I was told to go around front so they could check the cameras I called main office I definetely gave a $20 was told after they looked into it they found nothing wrong, because they kept the change, supposed to look further have not heard back the owner is to stall, I’m not lying, I’m calling the main office, didn’t offer a gift card, they are wrong I don’t lie, I should have called the police employees got away with this, dishonest really bad

Be careful with this place the people they have working here are shady some of them they play games very rude. I pulled up. In the drive-through There was a guy right beside the sign, sucking down a gallon of vodka the workers walked by him not even caring that he’s literally in front of where you order, your food and coffee I gave the woman a 10 she tried to say I only gave her three dollars. I said I have a dash cam proven it and then all of a sudden she’s like oh I’m sorry it was under the napkins and then try to give me a different coffee that I did not order the woman behind her had to correct her.
