Very dangerous to cross the street here outside of Duncan donuts. Billions of male baby chicks are killed worldwide everyday in the first day of life because they don't produce eggs or can't put on enough weight to be made into food. Duncan's uses alot of eggs to make those donuts. I am really reviewing the sidewalk crosswalk here located next to Beachmont station on the Blueline. I will get in contact with the right authority in Revere to make this crosswalk/intersection safer for pedestrians. The coffee is good. I don't eat eggs in donuts after going vegan. Can't Duncan's have vegan donuts with the price of eggs going up the price of donuts should go up too.

I come here almost every day because I live very close by. There is one man that works there I forget his name - great personality & always working hard - I unfortunately can not say that for the other employees. Good selection of donuts and food. My favorite drink is the chai which is upsetting because lots of times they won’t have it in stock & I’m pregnant so I’m trying to lower my caffeine intake. Some kind suggestions (coming from a former DD manager from some time ago lol) : spend more time training your employees especially front counter & make sure to give them the time to do the virtual training as well. It’s helpful and will make a difference with timing and understanding how to make drinks correctly while making sure machines are also calibrated. The front line will go a lot smoother. And just making sure to order enough product vs. what you know sells at your store along with the necessities like napkins, it stinks when there’s no napkins in the whole building and employees have to give out paper towel pieces. Other than that I always have a great drink and food overall - I’m pretty patient lol

I personally did not have bad experience with the food or anyone that worked there myself, but one day while getting some donuts the customer behind me asked for a latte and the girl said they did not have latte so the customer left with not commenting just seem a little upset of the situation. When he left the young lady started to talk badly about the customer talking about how she would close in an hour and she had already clean the machine and she wasn't going to clean again. This was very uncomfortable moment hearing as there talking badly about there clients and there work ethic very unprofessional
I was with a friend and we ordered one order of bagel minis and it took them 10 minutes to put it in the toaster. there was an employee who was giving me rude glares at me and my friend. it wasn’t busy at all and there was about 5 employees and only one employee was doing work. never coming again

You can stand in line for 10 minutes at certain times of the day before someone acknowledges you. None of the employees at the register know how to count either. It took 2 employees to do the math and count my change when they hit the wrong button. The manager is rude to her staff.

Possibly the worst dunkin’ donuts in Massachusetts. Definitely need new employees, they are all rude as hell, slow, and don’t even make the drinks properly. Drive thru is the worst, have to wait a long time because they are never there, with a bad attitude and literally have to yell at the speaker because they can never hear. For some reason always forgetting to give straws ?♀️. Now I avoid this dunkin and just go to any other near one ?♀️
