Thankfully the sandwiches tasted fine. However the drinks were made wrong. One young middle eastern girl who gave us our order was very disoriented, confused, had no sense of urgency and continually messed up. She had to keep apologizing and we stayed very patient. We ordered 4 sandwiches online and 1 in person for seperate orders. They gave us the 4 sandwiches from our online order & tried to convince us we didn’t order one in person: that they gave us a free sandwich. This white oddly shaped male (no shade just tea) tried to help but ended up gaslighting us about a sandwich. They need better training at this location!!!!!

I've been a customer of this location for 27 years and I will NEVER go back, this last time was unbelievable and ridiculous but the last 3 times have been insane but figured give it another shot, things and shifts change but it only got worse. They're always out of something or they just don't want to make it. Yesterday I went around 1:45pm went to order a couple of orders and the kid on the speakerphone was explaining something to me and some young girl decided to over talk and say for the future there is no more butter pecan it's being replaced with pumpkin, ok that's fine give me that oh we won't have that for 3 more days, ok not a problem give me the caramel. I drive to the window my order comes to $18.70 I only had a $100.00 bill and went to give it to the young man, and he says we can't take anything over $20.00 do you have anything else? No, I'm sorry this is all I have, now there's 3 of them at the window saying we can't take it per our manager, if they are not here so where is the person or manager in charge? If I wasn't picking up for others I would have just left the order all together. One of the young men says well we can take it for a tip though. I ended up using my debit which I did not want to do but since when do you refuse an order from someone paying with cash, middle of the day so there's definitely change, this was just the icing on the cake, thankfully Revere and surrounding cities have multiple Dunkin donuts so it's not too hard to replace but what is going on? This one use to be one of the good ones and now it's a complete waste of time and no one cares about customer service anymore at all. And both coffees were still made wrong. Do better!

Had to wait 20 minutes for a refresher and a loaded hash brown, while people who ordered before me got their order first, just to get a no queso hash brown? It’s not the first time that happens to me at this dunkin 👎👎👎👎

Lady made my coffee wrong, called me a liar because she didn't understand English. She gives me the wrong order. She starts taking thr spainish people ls orders, and says no you this? No no no! So insane 😆

The experience I just had at this location is absolutely disgusting. I asked to change something in a drink due to an allergy and was told that I couldn’t do that . When I got to the window , the worker handed me something that wasn’t what I ordered so I asked to speak to a manager to get a refund. The manger was so rude and condescending. When I asked for her name , she decided to spell it out for me and raise her voice. Her and the worker decided to just stand there and laugh at me instead of trying to figure out the issue. I’ve been coming to this location for my entire life and never have experienced this type of horrible customer service.

Every time me and my family come to get coolata drinks they are unavailable to make them. Seriously, that's the only reason why we chose dunks. But sadly I would have to go to the competition from now on.
You can't trust the speed of the service it was very slow it took almost 15 minutes to deliver my Black Fest coffee sandwich and apple pie. I'll never come here again and I missed my appointment. They didn't refund my money I had to wait and it took a long time

A few minutes ago, I was there with my husband, and the person serving at the front desk—I don't know his name. He's a Black man wearing a white t-shirt—made a completely racist comment against our Hispanic heritage. He called us pigs and told us we should go back to our country. He accused us of trash that another customer had clearly left on another table. It was a completely out-of-place comment that promotes hate and racism. I don't understand how a company as large as Dunkin Donuts allows such racist people. We are truly disappointed in this place. A terrible experience!

Very dangerous to cross the street here outside of Duncan donuts. Billions of male baby chicks are killed worldwide everyday in the first day of life because they don't produce eggs or can't put on enough weight to be made into food. Duncan's uses alot of eggs to make those donuts. I am really reviewing the sidewalk crosswalk here located next to Beachmont station on the Blueline. I will get in contact with the right authority in Revere to make this crosswalk/intersection safer for pedestrians. The coffee is good. I don't eat eggs in donuts after going vegan. Can't Duncan's have vegan donuts with the price of eggs going up the price of donuts should go up too.
