Go there almost every day, couple times a day sometimes. Great service, great people with an atmosphere to match. Everyone who works there try to make every customer feel as welcome as family. Parking lots always has plenty of parking, about 6 handicapped spots up front with wheelchair ramps for easy access into the establishment. Double wide doors for the disabled so they have plenty of room for what ever is necessary for them to carry. The menus have grown a lot over the years, but still have the nostalgic dozen donuts and munchkins . Huge variations of coffees, espresso, lattes, tea, iced or not. But it still makes you feel like it's Saturday morning every day

Maybe training the drive through cashiers will be a MUST Do.. since you are already charging prices like Starbucks. With a huge difference (Starbucks know how to treat CLIENTS ) Now don’t mind the price I can afford it everyday but not with you… I can’t let my money go to someone that is not well deservedIt is embarrassing to have a person with 0 personality or class if describes it better running your business. (0 knowledge of how disgusting her behavior is) she refuse to give a name because she knows what she did is wrong. The new manager that’s an older lady with dark hair was so very rude to all her employees the place was not busy what so ever. She was yelling at them treating them like she could just replace them in 2 min. She yelled at an employee over not handling out a receipt when she was the one who threw it away. Took my order with attitude. Served me watered down hot chocolate. My egg was basically still frozen on my bacon egg and cheese. All in all I for the last 4 years have gone to this dunks religiously and because of that woman I’ll never go back unless informed she is GONE. By far the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in a dunks.

The manger older lady with black hair treats her employees like trash. If I worked here I would have cussed her out and walked out. I respect the people getting yelled at for biting their tongue and keeping it cool. My bacon egg and cheese had one piece of bacon and egg was still frozen. Waste of money. Step up dunks, and get rid of this rude manager.

I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for someone to take my order. When it was taken it was wrong. They also ran out of matcha i got one thing of the menu and it just looked sad. I left bc of how bad it was.

the afternoon crew at dunkin donuts on broadway Revere is the worst. It's always a long wait in the drive through. It's at least a 15 -20 min wait with only a few cars ahead of me. Morning crew is always great.

Every time I come to this Dunkin location it’s always an issue, this is the second time that they say they don’t have what I am ordering and that’s not just one item it’s multiple items. For example, they don’t have almond milk, donuts , refreshers, the monster for the refreshers. I was trying to order an energy drink refresher the cashier told me that I could go to 7-Eleven across the street since they don’t have the monster. Not only that , they are too busy fulling around and get the order wrong.
