Hey I know you guys are 24hrs, but when it the last time you cleaned out the tap system? I thought it was a fluke the first time, but it's been a month and the coffee at this location is not refreshing or clean and bright/acidic tasting as other locations. It tastes like the tap is dirty with old/compacted grounds and fresh coffeee is being sent through this old stuff. Please clean it out, I might have to stop going here even though it's convenient and the staff are very nice.
Please keep a schedule on the tap maintenance, thanks!

Overnight shift 😞. I ordered a drink and an egg and cheese croissant. I received the drink, but I had been waiting for the sandwich for over 20 minutes. When I asked the lady about it, she responded disrespectfully, saying they were busy. However, I could see how they were working—they were just collecting a bunch of sandwiches without caring about who ordered first.😴 So I had to leave without getting my food.

I promise you if you go in before 6am even if you’re one of two customer you’re waiting 10 mins to get a plain drink and a bagel. I shorten my order when I come here because I know it takes so long. But also it’s saved me a ridiculous amount of money simply because I don’t want to go as often and be annoyed waiting.

Lady got my order wrong, got mad at me because she doesn't understand english. Makes my coffee wrong, tells me I'm lying. I work 12 hours I need my coffee . So I took the drink , and throw it in the trash, and went to the dunks in lynn to buy another coffee made right the way I like it. She kept putting more cream in.my coffee saying I said I want more, when I said no! Little cream. So she made it milk

One you ask for a certain coffee for example a cold brew they give you original, you pay for extra caramel, they give you one pump. You pay for milk they don’t put any?? This has happened on many occasions and when you ask for it they say they already did. As for when you go to the cashier I’ll pay for something then after paying they say they don’t have it… store is disappointing and they don’t even give you what you pay for
I had a problem with my drink today. It was the Matcha iced and Rosita. I think that’s her name. She said that she was the general manager and that I can bring my drink to have a remain as I entered into the store. She yelled at me in front of a whole bunch of customers telling me why I didn’t bring the drink back and I told her you did not tell me the drink. Bring the drink back This place here seems like all of the employees was in prison. She was yelling and they seemed like they was terrified to work around this lady, and for her to be the general manager I will be reporting her to corporate if I was you guys I will stay away from the store because the way this lady yelled and screamed it was talking out of her head And I have my small child with me. Who right now is. Is scared and uncomfortable to even go to any other Dunkin’ Donuts because the way this lady was talking to me I wanna report her to the police

Borderline homeless shelter I ordered bacon and hash browns on May 26 2025 at 1:00 am and the cook hands me something that isn’t bacon and hash browns and I just leave because if I have to repeat myself more than 3 times and I’m being told I’m incorrect it’s over. I didn’t ask for a refund because there is obviously no manager .
