Came by this Dunkin on my way into Boston. We were on our way to the hospital so we opted for the drive thru. There was a rather large delay between when I pulled up and was able to take our order but he was decently nice when he was available. We ordered an iced coffee, iced latte, hot chocolate and hash browns. Everything was correctly prepared and consistent with other locations. Staff were friendly and quick. Would come again.

Polite workers and they make coffee the way you ask and they are quick!! Great place to go to early or mid morning. The drive through is busy but it's clean inside if you want to sit down and I can't Express enough how friendly the workers are. They're Donuts are fresh!! Sometimes they run out of a specific type of Donut but that's because they're so fresh!

I walk into 555 north shore road to get a coffe and a sandwich, and the employees that work they are always so pleasant with a smile, and have fast service.

Place is literally hit or miss usually if you get the Indian dude at drive threw taking your order it’s going to be wrong 100% of the time. The other people are hit or miss, they won’t tell you they don’t have something or if they mess you coffee up u won’t get a receipt or a coffee sticker. Honestly this dunks is terrible just don’t there is one up and down the street and 2 in Lynn right on the lynnway across from eachother and also a Starbucks . Save yourself the disappointment don’t go to this dunks.
