I ordered something for delivery and they sent me a juice with spoiled milk. I’m not only filing the complaint here, but I will also call. How can they send a juice with rancid milk without saying anything? Someone could get seriously sick from that.

However, the service was... well, our server tried every trick in the book to upsell and overcharge us. Two juices? No, we only ordered one. Bottled water? No, a glass is fine. Two bandera paisa plates? Again, just the one of those. Finally, when we were ready to pay and handed over our credit card she came back without an itemized receipt and it seemed a little high. Sure enough, they'd added a 20% gratuity without telling us and were hoping we'd add another 20%.
It was an authentic and delicious restaurant but let's just say if you don't blend in be on guard.

These people are a complete joke. They somehow got the wrong number and called me four times, speaking only in Spanish. When I told them I don’t really speak Spanish, they just hung up—four times in a row. What kind of business runs like this? Total waste of my time and absolutely unprofessional.
The food is so good, the services good you no need to wait so long for they bring the food to you table, but this time I was buy fried plantain with hogao, the cost was so high for the appetizer because that was probably less the 1 plantain and a little portion of sauce. For 9$ I was tried it before but inside the restaurant and the portion of the hogao was normal, but it is unbelievable, I really fell that they stole my money.

My food had an opened clip on it, i could get injured or died if i ate it, plus the food isn’t fresh at all, that’s old, its stinky, i’m not ordering again.
