Smells like mold. We are from Maine and can handle a nice dive bar but this is not good. Cheese balls tasted like my dead grandfathers balls. Why? Old men playing keno is the real deal. If you want that…COME HERE NOW!!!

Appeared to be more like a bar than a smokehouse.

Had a quick overnight stay across the street and chose to grab dinner here. Ordered a full rack of ribs, the pulled pork sandwich and a pepperoni pizza. All 3 were really good! Definitely recommend for their food!

Food and service was good the place it self is very old looking only a couple of tables.... And has a bit of a smell when you first walk in.... Over all the food is what you go there for and that was good... Nothing to brag about but it was ok...

I came to the restaurant for lunch and there signs saying the restaurant is open, the door was open and I went inside. No one else was inside and I was waiting at a table for almost 15 minutes and nobody came to take my order. Light behind the bar were on and also the different spirts channels on TV. I guess they didn’t want/need the business.

Hey Revere! As a local guide for Google I take my reviews seriously and try to provide the best unbiased reviews out there. I hope this one helps you out.Need-to-know, pros, and cons:NTK:- Absolutely dead at lunchtime.- Only kind-of, sort-of BBQ. Largely Tex-mex.- Food service and drinks from the bar are two different operations and companies who handle payments separately.//Pros:- Quiet and casual spot for lunch.- Decent beer selection.- Great draft beer prices!- Easy and ample parking.//Cons:- No service. Guy filling in for the bartender was clueless about the food, ringing out the bill, fumbled through the orders, didn't check on us, and spent most of the time watching TV at the other end of the bar.- No BBQ sauces.- World's smallest BBQ menu. There is a separate Tex-mex menu.- Pulled pork sandwich falls flat - it's average at best.Expectations: If you say you're a BBQ place, offer BBQ. I am definitely willing to part with my dollars for GOOD and especially GREAT BBQ, but there is a respect for the craft that is missing here. Patrons are limited to ribs or a mediocre pulled pork sandwich, with an awkward gentleman for service. Was required to pay cash for the beers and then separately use a card for the cook in the kitchen, because food and drinks are two different operations. The cook doesn't take cash and the bar man had issues doing cards. *shrug*

Good place, friendly and filling. As others noted, menu IS NOT what's posted here. Couple bbq items, then tex-mex.
