A lot of good memories are associated with Kell's Creme. For starters, my family would go here on the first day of our yearly Boston trip for our dessert after having some delicious food from Kelly's Roast Beef. Additionally, we would go to the Swampscott location on random summer nights just to have a taste of that homemade vibe; the ice cream was always good and plentiful. Unfortunately, the Lynn location closed down, however I am quite glad that the others have not done so.

They always prepare order wrong. Never pay attention to what you asked them to do. Definitely the worst service in neighbourhood
Staff definitely need to be trained how to serve customers and also pay more attention to orders. We were there a couple weeks ago and ordered just 2 ice creams and the order was prepared incorrectly THREE times in a row. Moreover, the girl who prepared the order was acting like I prepared her order wrong. She gave us an attitude and rolled her eyes every time she realised she prepared order incorrectly. She behaved like that not only with us. She was rolling her eyes for the customers before us. However ice cream itself was pretty good.

I recently visited Kell’s Cream and tried their soft serve, which was absolutely delicious. The "kitty size" portion was surprisingly giant, providing more than enough to satisfy any sweet tooth.
However, be prepared to eat quickly because it melts fast, and can easily make a mess if you’re not careful. Despite this, the quality and taste of the soft serve make it well worth the visit. Highly recommended for a delightful treat!

Came today from Cambridge because it says that the place is open on Google. It’s closed and no sign that says it’s closed
