It's a walk-up, so 5 star for what they provide. We had the fried plates & they were fresh, abundant & good, chowder was delicious. Outside seating available right across from the beach to the left of the windows . It's a great experience & quite affordable.
Well there are 2 staples that my family has to stop and get to eat no matter where Kelly's is located. Mostly Revere Beach & Saugus as our 2nd. Soon to visit Kelly's in Florida where we've lived for the last 37 years.
